Amazing food and great service, we chose this place for breakfast and it was very fresh had good flavor, staff was very friendly as well!

Terrible delivery! I waited 3 hours! When the driver arrived. He just got confused at home, canceled and left! I was hungry and after work. I want everyone who participates in this order to starve just like me!

I visited with me and my 5 years old daughter tonight. Food was cooked to perfection with all the fresh ingredients. The service offered by Ms. Lalaine, Ms. Sharie and Mr. Edward during our dine in was commendable. The friendly attitude of staff made us quite comfortable. My daughter and me wish to dine in here again. Only thing we missed was a cozy couch as it was replaced with wooden and iron chairs. Please bring them back.

I love Zaatar, never disappoints. I regularly have deliveries from there but today I had lunch there and enjoyed a salad and juice. Service was good also!

I visited the restaurant last night, and as always I loved the food.

This time I decided to write a review because of the excellent service I received from Lady Jean the waiter.

She reminded me after so long how meeting, greeting and serving the customer can be like.

In general, this is my favorite gourmet restaurant and their taste and menu variety is unique and you can smell and tatse the quality of the ingredients that went into making the food.

They are extremely polite at this location. Rhubz was very nice to me!

And of course their food is amazing as always. I lovr Zaatar for quick and healthy meal.

Great food and service. Rhubz was very hospitable and made our lunch very enjoyable. The Halloumi cheese should be changed with another brand because it does not taste great.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich, they just brought bread with a taste less sauce with couple of shreds of chicken. Will high not recommend.

-5 stars. Was extremely dissapointed. Was very expensive. Ordered a beef burrito witch had no beef. Added shrimp to recive 2 peices in one.spot.got chili cheese nacho woth mozzerella and not nacho cheese with very little beef and extremely salty. Was the first time we ordered but can quantee will never order again. And was 3 items for 150 aed outrages.

I almost ate an open mighty Kafta with a HAIR on it. Thanks god I was lucky to see the person who was cutting it how she grabbed the hair, stretched it and threw it to the ground. She closed the box and gave it to me as if nothing had happened. The manager heard me complain so he apologized about what I just saw. He told me they would make me a new one. It took less than 4 min to make me a new one so I think (although I'm not sure) that they gave me the same one as it was not very hot. In the end I decided not to eat it and it ended up in the trash.
I’m Not coming back.

Always top notch food at Zaatar W Zeit. I have been frequenting this establishment for almost 10 years now and tried almost everything on the menu. Good clean healthy food and service has been brilliant. The staff at my local ZWZ in Business Bay are the nicest staff ever, the manager Sailendra, staff Lamu and Jena deal with customers with the highest level of respect and professionalism. Keep up the good work ladies.

Ordered to my office via Careem, I specifically selected to include cutlery but they totally forgot.being in the office I couldn’t eat my salad without any cutlery it was gone to waste

Very disappointed I’ve always loved their food till today I’ve ordered the hummus avocado sandwich and I wanted to eat it with joy but then I saw a hair in the wrap…. So disgusted I lost my appetite and I wouldn’t never trust them with the food again. Me and my kid loved this place but now I can’t even think about ordering from this girl place ever again. How could let the employees make wraps and have their hair on it? Take a look at this…I can’t say more …

Two times I ordered from this location and both times was terrible.
The first time they forgot to add some ingredients I pay for but somehow at least the order was ok.
The second time, I order a special chicken wrap with no lettuce, no pickles and garlic mayo and I got something weird with some kind of ham, with lettuce, with pickles and I also order a manakeesh that didn’t arrive.
When the driver handed the order, the box was open with no napkin or bag to protect the food. It was disgusting! Please don’t order from this outlet! Lack of sanitation procedures in times of covid on top of bad service.

Zaatar w zeit never goes wrong. They are the best when it come to Lebanese fast food specially in manakish, wraps, pizza and all dough related food. I highly to recommend akawi cheese, mince meat and wild zaatar manakish, for the wraps famous chicken, kafta daw sandwich and specially their new added food on their menu the shanklish kaak.

Order was placed on an app at 7: 47 pm. The delivery time showed 29 mins. Order was confirmed by the restaurant and was being prepared for almost 50 mins. When I checked with the app why is my order being delayed for so long, they replied saying the restaurant is not responding and when the driver checked with the restaurant there was no order according to them. After 1 hour when I called the restaurant they called it a technical issue and can’t do anything about it. If I wouldn’t have called to find out why the food was being delayed I would have been waiting endlessly. The funny part out of all this when I called the restaurant they asked me for the order number and when I gave it to them they were able to pull out the details of the order from their system so I don’t know what to believe.

Got the kafta wrap with double meat and it was a nice fusion of American and Arab food. It was like a gyro but toasted with Mayo tomato and cheese.

Good Traditional Arabic Pastries and Bakeries in Modern style, better for takeaway rather than dine in.

I don't recommend at all. I've been a loyal customer of Zaatar W Zeit for years but yesterday it was the worst experience I ever had. They have started subcontracting their deliveries by Careem and it was the first time for me ordering ZwZ and getting delivered by Careem Now. I received a call from the Careem Now driver requesting the location map when at my end I've already had all the address details in the ZwZ app so I shared a location map on Whatsapp and the driver came more than 1 hour after placing the order. Food was cold so disgusting, bad service and ruining years of trust.

I wish I could give a negative star to you guys. We ordered 2 wraps at 2120 and we had no communication till 2340.after contacting zomato customer care we found out nobody is answering the calls.bwe never received any call. Nobody even care to apologise. In that time I can start a new wrap company and also deliver it to my first customer. This might be my hunger talking but I will make sure you atleast get 10 1 star from my side.you should remember that you are in service industry. Thank you for nothing
