Such dysfunctional admin system. Came for a simple doctor visit ended up on 1h40 minutes of just waiting around for them to call insurance and wait for feedback, then call insurance again for something else and wait for feedback.
The doctors are fine but the whole administrative non sense around it waste staff and patients time

You can spend here hours just because of payment systems. Before visit a doctor - queue to pay, then wait for payment to shown in the system. Doctor sent to do blood test same day- again first go and queue at the counter to pay. Then wait for payment shown in the system, sitting in the laboratory. Why not just organize the patient pass all the doctors and tests and then proceed to pay? You have our emirates id, for sure I don’t run away without payment after all the procedures.

Reception: Very welcoming, kind interaction
Parking: Many parking spaces
Location: Easy access, near to Dubai Mall

I came to the clinic to link my health card number to my emirates ID, the lady was not very helpful, told me to call the call center or use the app, I tried to explain that the app was not working because of this issue.

The all clinic service is very quick responsive for the customers.
The receiption team has a good behavior, Especially Madam, Aisha who is working in-front disk, she has a professional behavior and helped me a-lot.

Staff of this center from admin to the doctor to every level of staff everyone is soo progressional and they wanted to make sure that customer are treated well.

I went for polio vaccination for travel purpose the staff was superb in arranging the polio vaccine for me as it was not available then they call me and next day it was done iam soo happy to give this review that staff here is brilliant.

Bad experience. I had to request for another nurse (Filipino) because the nurse who assisted me could not find my veins. She already tried on both arms and it was painful! She even moved the needle inside my vein on the first try (right arm). That HURT! And when she tried on my left arm, she couldn’t extract enough blood. And she wanted to try again and it was already painful. That was when i requested for someone else to do it. The Filipina nurse had to do it on my right hand! Horrible experience. It was traumatizing! I went there for my medical because of my visa renewal.

My appointment was at 1: 20 today, Thursday 30th Oct, and the lady at the reception desk is extremely kind, professional and sweet. I would like to say a big thank you to her although I don't know her name.

I didn't have an amazing experience. Tbh, Nurses have no clue how to behave. I felt like I was standing in a school.

Beautiful entrance, easy parking, helpful staff, and quality healthcare facility.

The facility was great, the people at the reception and the health center were friendly and helpful.except for the nurse who administered the flu vaccines for us.she was a terrible lady, actually two middle aged Indian nurses who were awful with my two special needs kids, they absolutely didn't know how to handle kids.one of the nurses was in a hurry and just wanted to jab us all and get her work done.when one of my three kids moved, she lashed out saying, that she had never experienced children like this in all her working years, thats when my husband and i got ticked off! Terrible nurse! Awful experience and she has forever traumatized the way my kids see vaccines and needles! My previous experience in all Dubai hospitals were amazing except for today at Zabeel Health Center with that nurse and her co worker. I'm not going there again or will recommend anyone with little kids needing a vaccine to visit those two nurses!

On the first day, the guy on the counter gave me a good suggestion and when I went there the next day he asked me whether it worked for me or not. I really liked his way of dealing with the customers.
