First thing first one of my favorite place to dine in if I miss homely food.the only thing is that if u go weekend or week off in the evening time the restaurant will be crowded.they have kinda homely taste for the food instead of like in restaurants.quite enough sitting space but the only thing is that still not arranged properly.they tried to add some plants arrangement which is quite okay.staff are kinda well behaved.have to say one thing the choice of music is worst and too loud in inside area some time it can kill ur appetite specially if u r not a fan of loud music.

Never delivers food on time. Low quality food. Ordered a pistachio milkshake. Couldn’t drink it as it was too sweet. Order delivered after n number of calls. My rating 0/5. Please don’t order food from this place. Highly disappointed

We went on a friday night, it was crowded, we had to wait to get a table, full Malayali crowd. The decor inside and outside is different, the music can be better, the staff are friendly enough. The price is on a high side. The food is just ok. The fish curry that we ordered had the full shell of the prawns, when you removed the flesh why put the shells also to the gravy, and it had more shells than the flesh, i know i counted,

I order some food through zomato last day in this restaurant.i waited for almost five hours.i didt get my order and then the app is showing now its already delivered.

Recently visited this restaurant with my family and I experienced very bad customer service from the staff.
We want order chattichoru and one of your service staff told us as per Muthalali (owner) no chattichore today.
This is not correct way to treat customers. I visited all south Indian restaurants in Dubai but this is the first time I am hear this type of answer.

Only one washroom for such a big restaurant.pumpkin chicken was not that good.don't waste money on that.beef items are upto the mark.very friendly and cooperative staff

Too bad experience.
The ordered beef doesn't contain much prices of same and 2as not cooked well. Also the chatti peratiyathu was very poor.

I had the worst experience ordering through zomato today with this restaurant. I had to wait for more than 80 minutes to get my order and they didn't have any proper excuse for it. Worst part is that they didn't refund me also. Such an unprofessional service from zomato and zains restaurant. Will never from this restaurant or use service of zomato again. I rejected my food as I have to order from nearby restaurant and they didn't have the courtesy to refund. Such a bad experience being in dubai for the first time.

Try hammour tawa fry at your own risk. They may surprise you with 100dhs bill at the end, only for fish. Not that tasty and was below average.

I have been visiting this restaurant many times since last year. Their food is nice and the price reasonable but one thing I have noticed that they don't have enough washbasin facility compare to their total seating capacity.

Bad experience on order of Chinese noodles. Delivery came very late and also the food had bad smell and was stale. It is really the worst experience

Very disappointing food and service. Meals one of the worse you could ever try. Only good thing is price is higher than average compared to the taste.

Visited this place after seeing a review from a vlogger, I ordered the same charcoal chicken (red) mentioned. I like charcoal chicken and use to try from different places but this disappointed me. The taste was not at all good and chicken was not fresh. Had a passion fruit mojito, the sugar was too much. I hope you guys will improve. I believe The vlogger was paid to give a positive review.

They have good sitting space.we tried their chicken chatty curry & Beef. Both was below average without any flavour.however their chicken potitheruchadu was good. Staffs are really nice and good service!

Good food at a reasonable price.
The only issue to point out is no COVID protocol is followed. No social distancing or sanitizing.

When everybody takes a break or closes. Zain is always open and welcoming with numerous options to eat.charcoal grill is my fav here.

Quite good place. Food was good and pocket friendly. Their charcoal chicken, chicken platters, thaali, parota, ghee rice and gravy combo, chai and falooda is awesome. Friendly staff. This place is near to our home and we visit this restaurant almost everyday.

Their chicken charcoal is amazing in a very cheap price but they don't serve fresh fries with it rest everything is amazing

Less quantity with comparitively high price.
2 stars only for the hospitality. Better to choose other neighborhood restaurants

I ordered Gheerost, they served me cold not hot. May be they're preparing and storing. If any one ordering make sure you're getting live Dosa.

We used to enjoy the food from this outlet. Great team as well as amazing cuisine in the past. We have stopped visiting this place for a takeaway or dine-in as the quality of the food isn't great like before. It was supposed to be the best but genuine let down. Massive delay on the delivery service as well. Either its too salty (despite the request) or spicy. Fish fries are genuinely oils or drenched in the oil.

Not sure if there is a change in the management or Chef.its a letdown either way.

I ate veg set but to my surprise the serving lady asked me whether I need fish curry wheres am a vegetarian. Also in the side dish they kept one dish of fish mixed upperi. Totally i didn't like the place this time. Normally their food items are good.

I normally take breakfast. Its very tasty with good rate. I also heard provide good lunch buffet for AED-10

Always a pleasure and dive in kerala restaurant to visit, spent time and have quality food. You'll find someone whom you've met before. Food is ok and ambience is so good that everytime I visit its always rush.

I have ordered from this place feom the past 4 yeara, but today was very disappointing since the new staff I assume is their now they are not delivering on time and the delivery man is arguing and fighting with me. I seriously will never order from this restaurant again.

I really enjoy dining in this restaurant. Price is also good. My favourite is their beef. Really good compared to other restaurants. They also have good biriyani and sadhya.

Good food very attendive staffs and very good ambience the money plants at the top is first of its kind hats off for that wonderful idea

Had a bloody soup from here.the worst dinner ever had in my life.if there is an option to give minus rating I would have given minus 5 rating.

Worst service ever. I ordered food from Zain's and they delivered after 2 hours. Meanwhile when I'd call and ask them for the delivery status, they'd pick the call and put me on hold and go about doing their chores. When I called them again, the guy who picked the call asked me what my problem is and cut the call in my face. Once the food is delivered after 2 hours, I refused to pay and the manager calls me and tells me 'If you don't want the food to be kachra in your stomach, please pay me', I don't even know what that means but I knowfor certain it's not anything nice. I didn't get a single apology throughout the conversation. This is exploitation of customer policy. Pathetic.

Had a chicken soup today. Can't tell whether it's a chicken curry adding plenty of o pepper as it's feels like pepper is no more costly. Spoiled the dinner with their bloody chicken soup. Prefer no one ever to have a chicken soup from them

Sorry to say I have gone through the reviews but really my experience was verry bad, we ordered food at 11 am and after 1: 45 pm we got delivery. No words to explain about the services.

Amazing food with a really good vibe. This will be one of the best restaurant in Dubai right now. The price is affordable and wont mess with your pocket.

Zain restaurant serves many cuisines.usually crowded place during weekends. Rates are comparatively low here.this 24/7 restaurnt is such a cozy place to dine.breakfast is good and delicious.manh Combo sts are availble to choose from.meals with fish is quite good.though the biriyani is not quite god and tasty. Barbecued items are good and worth trying.

Average food & value for money. Its a south indian restaurant but you will get north Indian food too. But it will not taste like that. However puri & channa is good.

For the Budget the food is ok, fish in mango curry, veg- stew, Grilled chicken are few of it good items i enjoyed

Quite a cozy place, with excellent service, & extremely delicious food. Oh the price is very reasonable too.especially them combo deals gets ur meal sorted in just 10 bucks.

Visited the place for the first time for breakfast. Had soft Appams with an excellent Beef curry. Just delicious! Was happy to hear that they are open 24 hrs. Will definitely come again to check out more fares from their kitchen.

I tried tandoori from Zain's Restaurant.it was fantastic. I took parcel and had a wonderful evening with my friends. One of the few Restaurant i could recommend in Karama.

You will get ample space inside or out side resurgent. Mostly crowded so you can take a parcel.

Good south Indian food, nice ambiance and service, and not that expensive, I personally like breakfast and spicey charcoal chicken for dinner. Delivery service is not that reliable for delivery on time

Best restaurant in alkarama.tasty and hygienic food. Gud service. Best thing is u get full meals for only 8 dhs!

Zainuthatha's Zain's restaurant opened a couple of years back. Offers good breakfast options for bachelor's. Menu is pocket friendly. Open dining on the side of the street. The best thing I've tasted was the "erachipathiri" an evening snack.

They serves traditional kerala food as well as arabic.one of the best places to have breakfast and dinner from. Good hospitality and ambience

This restaurant used to be known as Keerthi Restaurant. But the owners changed and it has new name and crew. The food served here is mostly focused in malayalees but you get to see a few non malayalees and foreigners enjoying the meals. They run 24 hours and that's a blessing if you come home after a long shift at work. I enjoy their biriyani wrapped in plantain leaf. It's not too oily. They have a large outdoor seating arrangement and do provide catering to large groups and events off-site. The best thing is the crew. They are very friendly and do not cross the line even after being a regular customer.
