Worst service. No respect for customers documents. EID is with them since 8 days and no one contacted back ever after contacting 2 times

Terrible Experience,
I don't understand why ICA has selected this third class courier service for delivery of very important documents like Emirates ID, my Emirates ID was handed over to them by ICA on 15th of September under tracking number EID85692332Z and till today on 22nd of September they are unable to deliver even after a lot of follow up they each time they tell it will be delivered tomorrow, I am really helpless and don't know where should I complain?

Very Very poor service, after continues calls done with the customer service for the delivery of Emirates ID, it has been almost 20 days with Zajeel Courier, it is really frustrating

They dont have any proper reply for where is my parcel even after it was requested 2 days back.

This is in Dubai delivery and not an UAE other Emirates delivery.

Customer service are it self confused what to answer to customer they cant even say why its taking so long.

The worst service and customer support I have ever experienced in my life. Have been following up on the delivery of my Emirates ID from past 4 days, calling multiple executives, and listening to false promises. They keep telling it will be delivered today and no one is delivering. I am in a very stressful situation, have a lot of things to be done with the Emirates ID. Request someone to please do something to help me out.

Slow responses from operations, Delivery is too long before it arrives to the clients. Poor customer service.

Pathetic courier service but no option seems the company is monopoly for passport collection and delivery. The worst service. Dubai government should seriously look into the performance of such companies and stop the services else it will affect the entire value chain of creating the Dubai as Best and Happy Place.
Intervention from Dubai Government is Required on urgent basis to improve overall quality of services.

Very disappointed with Zajeel service. I think immigration dept should terminate contract with zajeel for visa stamping process. They are the slowest courier service and not upto the mark of UAE standard. Completely Non responsive and delaying attitude.

Very Bad Service. Since 17-10-2021 waiting for passport collection, no news yet. Also 7 to 8 times called the call center for passport collection and every time false promises. GDRFA should avoid this irresponsible team for their services.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with service delayed more than one month while it should have been delivered in three days.

5 days continues calling everyday. 4 complaint already raised still now 07/11/2021-4.46 PM.still i didn't received any call from zajel.in my life i never face like this experience.they don't care about people passport stamping.why uae government give job irresponsible people

They picked and delivered the passports in 2 dats as promised. But i called them then fixed my visit.

Worst or I will say Beyond that. Very Irresponsible Service. I Had to call them several times and Call their customer service for passport collection but no response at all. Worst Services Ever.

This courier company is very unprofessional! 3 weeks has passed since my booking and still no one came to collect my documents. After so many follow ups, I was scheduled for another booking. On the day of pick up, I missed the call from the courier since I am on another call. Immediately after my call, I called back the courier (only in less than a minute from the initial call) and the courier said they already left (without even coming to my apartment and ringing the doorbell!). I ask them to come back and the guy was very rude saying they already left and that they couldn't waste their time with me. I ask them why they didn't come to my apartment and just called and left when they passed by the area and the courier said that they don't have time to waste waiting in the lift and going to my apartment. This is very unprofessional! I called the company and they want to schedule my booking again after 3 days.they keep on delaying the pick up of the documents and it is just so frustrating.

If you can wait 10-15 days for visa stamping then Go for Zajel services.
I Wait 3 days for the call from Zajel they didn’t call for passport pickup.
I go to to Immegration Al Manara Center SheikZayed Road Al Quoz pay 140 AED for visa Stamping only in 10 minutes done.

Requested passport collection for Wife's Visa stamping.its been 3 days now no response from Zajel.is this how we should trust Zajel for such a poor service?

It's been 5 days now since I got my evisa and still my passport is not been collected for stamping, Even called the call centre yesterday and they assured that someone will collect it today but no sign of anyone yet.

Need to follow up a lot to get your documents collected once the Airway bill is out. They take almost 7 to 8 days to collect your documents.
Returning the documents is fast enough.

One of the worst courier service in UAE, fisrt they will say with in 3 days pickup person will come to collect
Then their answer will be that we have write a complaint on your behalf, then they will say we are following with concern department. Then pick up person will say, no response from mobile, all are making fool to people, really horrible. Never trust on the words.

Poor Service,
Arranged a pick up and delivery, received E-Visa already still after 4 days no pick up service, went personally to their office to submit passport, hassle free and fast collection if you go and submit, but the delivery is still not done, its been 5 working days and the staff at the counter had mentioned 2 to 3 working days it will be delivered, still the status says in transit, usually within 1 day visa is stamped after you get your e-visa.but here still I'm waiting, no update.

Money has been debited from the account, but the Doc is still with me.
I complained several times, they still haven't come.

Pathetic service from a courier company. Inspite of repeated calls and messages the passport is not collected after one week of creating the AWB. Everytime you call you get the same message that "you will get a call from courier and will be collected today" but this today never comes!
They are exploiting the situation that we have no other option except to go through Zajel for passport collection and delivery.
I wish we had an option to choose another courier company or get the document stamped directly from GDRFA.

They were to collect my passport for visa stamping, called them twice and each time they confirmed a pickup but nobody came to collect the passport. Very unprofessional. This must be the worst courier service in UAE. The government should rethink of moving to a more organized courier company.

I was in trauma after saw so many negative feedbacks. But my experience is not at all bad as a precautionary note I went directly and submit my passports for visa stamping 2 days earlier and got delivered to me today afternoon. Also less than a minute spend for submission at their office.

Even during Covid, your passport will be returned open by a delivery boy in hand, no cover, no envelope. The passport bottom cover was even bent. Passport being one of the most important identify is handled so poorly and unprofessionally. High time get a cover for the passport at least not only to avoid damage to passport but also for hygienic reasons specially during this covid pandemic. Moreover, any delivery boy should not have access to all your visa and passport details and pages. This is supposed to be kept confidential. Horrible way of handling. Also, during submission of original passport at Zajel, if one forgets to take a printed copy of the residence application then one will be asked to go back, there is no facility for print nearby at all. Why do you need physical prints when the government's vision is to become paperless. Besides, I had to physically go to Zajel to submit passport as there was no communication for collection and no one came to collect my passport.

Pick up always delay customer service saying that a maximum of 3days they will pick up the passports but until now no one comes.

No one calling to receive the passports for stamping, after spoke to customer care they told someone will collect in 3 days and so far nothing is happening, if we have to visit their office to submit our passport then y they are collecting courier charges.requesting gdrfa to take necessary action.

You would think after years of people complaining they would do something to up their game. But no, still same. Unfulfilled promises of pickup, unresponsive customer service, an online system that works half of the time.
We are forced to use them for government submissions and the only way it works is when we call the personal number of a delivery boy and ask him to come.

God help you if you must use their services.

For the second time around, you cannot get the satisfaction of service. Last year, haven't collected for so long, we end up visa stamp in the airport immigration and paid additional cost. Very poor service. Took them 5 days to actually collect my passport for visa stamping. When they returned my passport they had stapled the Visa application onto the passport, leaving two large holes in the back of the passport. Overall, horrible service.

Arranged the pickup on 2nd of Feb, its been 2 weeks, no one has come for the collection.following up regularly, complained many times, still no responds from their side. I think GDRFA has to give the customers alternative options for the visa stamping collection and delivery. ZAJEL is acting as a monopoly in this case.

Irresponsible people. Actually old system was better after got it typed go to immigration get it stamped. Immigration official are doing job on time. Been waiting for a month for Zajel to collect passport. Toll Free number is pathetic as waiting goes 30-45 minutes each time. The two times I got through, they said collection will be done the next day.

Worst courier service in u.a. E.

Since 10 days i am calling zajel to take my passport for visa stamping. But in vain. Worst customer service also it takes 15 minutes to connect with them which is also useless. I am shocked how dubai immigration dept gave such an big responsibility to this courier company. This was the mail i received from zajel a week back and until no action.

And now i received my Eid also but visa yet not stamped.

When I called on Thursday at 4.00 pm they told me will pick up by 4.30 pm.

It us been 6 days that i received sms saying Zajel will contact me, since then i called them twice and each time they said today they will send the courier. Today is day 6, again calling them and again same words. Very bad service.

Worst courier. Always not coming to pick up passport for visa pasting. When we will call them they will say it will come within 2 working days. After that nothing happen. Slowest courier ever. Dont even deserve to have 1 star. Not once not twice not thrice for delayed pick up.
