I am Wondering how Some of people they are saying the quality is good!

The quality is not good the timing of the shop not okay and the sales should be more cooperate with us,

Good quality school uniform for associated schools. Some made from recycled materials. Though expensive.

Around when school starts this place is packed but other than that quite an easy store to navigate through

Most disaster experience to shop huge line up and they don't let you stand in front of each cashier! They make you stand in one huge line up! The Indian man cashier was so ignorant when I complained! The shop is managed in a disaster way! Plus cheep polister materials for KG amd PE! So expensive as well! Will give this feed back to the school as well hopefully they don't work with them anymore!

Unduly long time for alterations, that too not done properly. Had to make multiple visits as despite several attempts to call, there is no response.

Very poor quality of uniforms. The material is of poor quality and they wrongly advertise on website that they give a generous quantity for alterations which is absolutely not true.

The staff is also very poorly trained and doesn’t respond to calls. Schools should genuinely provide more than Zaks as an option for uniforms

Look at how this store is refitting pants. A complete joke how they do this. Not even trying to hide the seam. Avoid at all cost and make sure they don't ruin your kids' pants like they did to mine.

Great for school uniforms. The staff is helpful, there are 4 fitting rooms for fast tries. The prices are also reasonable.

Some items are out of stock, their billing system was down so they had to manually write down all the articles in a list. Zero empathy for the customer, unfortunately no other option for parents so be patient
