The REAL Arabic style Mandi experience. Heaven for meat lovers. Loved how tender and juicy the meat is. Although be prepared to get your hands into a messy situation but totally worth the hype.

Noisy, Congested and not worth wasting money on mutton madhbi. I got very hard and days old mutton piece, I informed the waiter and his response was "sir you just try it". Not worth the money. Over hyped restaurant.

One of the recommended dish, Madhbi is a must-try dish that will transport your taste buds to the heart of Arabian cuisine.

Completely improbable, authentic, good. The staff is great, the prices very reasonable. We had dinner in a small room, sitting on the floor. Confusing, but I highly recommend

Very good food mash’Allah. We enjoyed it but we found the starters was a bit too spicy/hot. The rice very well cooked and the mutton was fried I think. It would’ve been better if it was grilled. I have no comment on the juice cocktail because it was just amazing 5 stars for that overall very nice experience and the staff was very good too!

Here is no any option to put my value without A star, That is the reason i'm putting one star, I m Very hungry and Disappointed Because of your Worst service, We hanged approximate 3 hours for your delivery. After that calling to your branch your guy is telling they cant provide Sorry for the inconvenience (that movement the time is 3 PM). WOWWWW What a Great service.

The least pleasing Mandi experience I have since I moved to uae 15 years back? !
The food is just bland! The meat portion is average and rice is not slow cooked. In fact rice arrived cold even the meat, and when I reported that food is cold, they took the plate and heated it in Microwave instead of changing it. Overall, food is not fresh and I will never come back or recommend it!

The best mandi in town. They have the authentic taste. First they serve the soup, followed up with black tea and dumpling sweets in the end.

Its 5 of us with kids and they told me big room only for 6-10. But then their Malayali friend came 3 persons and room is all of a sudden suitable to them. Where there is malayali, there is always bias service.
I ate in that restaurant for many years and now i will NEVER come again. Totally not fair.
***They still have THE BEST mandi and absolutely great service.
I complained to DED. I mentioned whats all good but this bias behavior of that youngster owner is just pitty.

Zero Stars Actually. U order something they are delivering something. Irresponsible people attending the calls and sending wrong orders. Not reliable specially when u r hungry. They have grown in customers but service is bad.

Great food, superb taste, arrangement for families who need to sit separate and in privacy. Luqaimat and Qahwa on the house. Don't forget to visit Zabeel Park after the food.

Amazing Mandi. Their kunafa is pretty good. They give a mutton soup before the Mandi, which I liked. That soup should be drunk warm

I love this restaurant. I like one dish which I order all the time that is chicken mugulukal. I love this dish so much.other foods are also very good but this is my favorite.along with chutneys and soup I love all the item serving along with the rice.chicken fry peace is really yum I appreciate the chef who make this dish.very good customer service as well

Ordered the lunch from 11.57 till now thats 2.13 the order is not delivered.

Most preferred place in Karama for chicken Mandi. We had chicken Madfoon, it was tasty and well cooked. Came with starters- soup n salad?
The complimentary sweet balls and special tea in the end were also the highlights. We had kunafa for dessert which was also delicious.

We went during evening time before 7pm, hence it was not much crowded.

Zam zam mandi restaurant possess a great popularity among indian and arabic food lovers. The mandi and madfoos these guys prepare, are awesome with perfectly cooked rice and chicken, decorated by nuts, cashews and coriander. The honeyballs and tea, that they provide at the end of main course is heaven.
I suggest everyone to try their recipe atleast once.

Eating in this restaurant from last 3 years. The quality has dropped to the lowest level. Fish served in March with foul smell. Ignored and visited again in May food served with lot of hair. The staff has become very unfriendly. I think the owners have earned their fortune and are least bother now. Will never visit again for sure. Zam zam mandi doesn't deserve any star now. Thanks for serving good food all these years. Refurbish your quality ZAM ZAM.

Food is very good and tasty but delivery service can be improved. Overall recommended for tasty and quality.

Kindly change the washroom flesh or repair it. Spend some money. I spend 10 mints inside washroom to wait till the flesh tank get full. Advice to all. Don't use the washroom

Worst Maandi ever tasted!
Rice was cold and there is literally no taste as I was expecting for Mandi. Even I ordered Magzoot (steam rice) but rice was cold and so bad taste. Both Mandi and Mazgoot were not of original taste.

The place is Pack ful and couldn't get place quickly. Zero out of 10 for their taste, service and price. Not recommend for Mandi.

Delicious Mutton mandi after a long time, the meat just slides off the bone. Simply delicious. Rice was perfectly done, juicy and soft. You can choose to eat on the tables or can go local. Highly recommended to try if you are in town.

I gone there with my friend because of its high popularity. Its very famous for Mandhi items. But when i visited there, I realised the truth. First of all very bad service. Also we ordered Chicken Madbee, its overcooked dried chicken, maybe because of old. We inform them. But they even say any word about it. Never go again there.

Previously the food and service was good. Now they serve poor quality food with higher price. I never recommend Zam Zam Mandi (Al Karama)

Great Mamdi Resturanf in Al Karama area which is located next to LuLu Hypermarket. Not usually busy.

Zamzam since they started from not so longtime they were so generous in food and deserts. Recently I noticed that there food quality decreased one grade. They have to maintain the food quality.

One of the best Mandi restaurants in Dubai. Great food, decent price. Luqaymat and Kunafa sweets are also a hit with the kids.

Were brought here by our guide and loved the food. The mutton was lovely and so was the attention of all the staff. Also very well priced for Dubai standards.
