I Love this shop and their products in dubai mall. I was always lucky to Have Mr Alaa to help me choosing what I want.for many times I saw him in the store he is always smiling and helping, very professional, and polite staff.keep it up Alaa

I just stopped by to window shop but I ended up buying something because they have really nice stuffs

Everywhere in the world you pay the amount that appears on the price tag of the item. In dubai you pay much more and can’t say anything when the cashier justified it by saying the store made a mistake on the price tag. Worst service ever!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 26 years in UAE… places an order online on the 10/11/22 and we were told we’d get our order between the 13-24 November… today we don’t have our order, don’t have any updates.

Tried to find a number to call but there isn’t one. Only option is to live chat.the most useless way of trying to get an answer.thé agent isn’t able to answer any questions, thé live chat agent says.there is maybe delay from our main warehouses

Then I’m told thé items might be delivered within 15-21 days from now. When I’ve already waited 17 days since my order date…

The worst ever customer service and no help at all with live chat tk get an answer and still have no clue when my order will be delivered…

Needless to say, I do not recommend ordering from Zara home online ever…

I am utterly disappointed in Zara home. Placed an order on the 28th of October. Delivery estimated between 02-10th of Nov. No communication to state delivery is delayed. Online chat service is shockingly useless. Can not tell me anything. When I'll get my order? Don't know, they will check. When they get back to me after checking? Don't know when they do. What is my reference number for the chat? There's none! So as it stand I was robbed of close to 700 AED. Never again.

Pathetic customer service. One of the worst stores in Dubai. The staff are ridiculously indifferent. Its as if they are angry with you for visiting the store. Went in with the intention of buying, but got out because no help was available. The staff are busy setting up displays rather than attending to customers. Disgusting.

I like their home scents collection, especially the floral-based scents.they also sell silk pillowcases, though i wish they sell them in colors other than white

I do not know why all the hype about Zara. Average quality and styles with exaggerated prices. Sorry Zara, I have to be honest

During the last sale, I picked 3 items which were discounted and a label attached with the sale price, when I went to pay I was informed the price on 2 of the items were incorrectly attached and as such was charged a higher price, the teller admitted it was the staff fault and even though charged me the higher price.in my opinion this is a very negative behaviour that should not be practised in a brand such as Zara.

Very bad online service! Items took 3 weeks to be delivered! & on top of it I received it with 6 items out of 9 are with a metal security tag! Unbelievable how unprofessional and very bad customer service! Very careless and they don’t care as much complaints as I made!

Closed for 2months?
We went to Dubai mall to Zara home and it was closed. They said that it was going to be closed for 2 months which means up until Feb 2020 prob.

Store is definitely on the small side. However, a few of things were very nice. I liked the staff. One of the guys was very helpful. It’s not cheap, but the quality seems almost worth it. I bought a bunch of things last weekend. I picked up some towels, cushions, cutlery, and plates. I’m happy with the purchases. I’d give it 5 starts if it was a bit more affordable. They delivered everything on the same day!
