I’m regularly spending Newyear eve at Zaytoun restaurant crown plaza since 6 years, honestly this year was the worst experience, food is very good and location is very convenient but the band and the DJ ruined everything, unprofessional cheap, loud noise for no reason.

It’s beautiful place and wonderful time spending as the hotel and dine staff are so nice well mannered, specially Mr Faizan is so nice and helpful. We had wonderful time and best time in Dubai for such a beautiful place and wonderful staff.

Went for iftar. Was fine. Bbq options were way less. Long queue and too much waiting time.

Have a lovely Christmas Day brunch at the picnic pantry restaurant by zaytoun. Wide variety of food and drinks, lovely view, weather was perfect sitting outdoors and nice entertainment for the kids including goodie bags and a picture with Santa

Wonderful collection of food varieties with nice ambience and view. Been there for Iftar and had a amazing experience.

Food is so delicious, staff are amazing from waiters to shisha man, shisha is very nice, service is perfect.
Iftar buffet was super.management are so professional and they are highly trained and caring about guest’s.

We made a reservation for Iftaar and they didn’t have a table ready and no one was there to even cater to us. They kept us just waiting, standing around while they just wanted to avoid the issue and no one really wanted to attend to us. And we finally left at the time of Iftaar.

Mashawi night not anymore what it used to be. One serve and cannot ask for more as Chef is running out of meat. Crown plaza and IHG Senior Management how long will it take before you decide to provide your ops team with enough manpower!

جربوا المشاوي العربية التقليدية مع اللحوم والمأكولات البحرية الفاخرة. واستمتعوا برائحة خبز الصاج الطازج والتقليدي. بالاضافه الى مجموعة مختارة من السلطة والمازة الحارة والبارده والحلويات.

كل خميس وجمعه واستمتعوا بالحليات الخارجيه تحت أشجار النخيل مع المناظر الخلابة لأفق دبي واستماعكم الى الإيقاعات العربية الحية.

Restaurant in Crowne Plaza, festival city, we had a splendid experience, welcomed very warmly by the staff, pampered for like babies. Ms Emelyn, who was with us, hovering over us like a butterfly, attending to us is a master in her art. Gave us the best service, made us feel like we were among family.
The food is splendid, served with class and style, we went for the Mashawi night, with a set menu that is carefully and expertly selected and set, the taste keeps us in the air, excellent ambience.
Sure we will go there again. Deserves a standing ovation.

Sensationelle Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Allerdings kann ich das Abendessen nicht empfehlen. Meiner Vermutung nach sehr grenzwertiger Service, da Halbpension. Schade!

Simply superb. Attentive welcoming staff. Wide selection of tempting food. Very nice location. Everything we tried was delicious.
The BBQ package was good value despite being AWD385 plus drinks.
I will be happy to recommend and will surely be back. They even had live music which created a nice atmosphere.
