Customer service is poor. There is no professionalism, especially from the Filipina who answers the phone. I've been following up via email and phone for almost a month and haven't heard back despite several follow up calls. They will talk to you in anger and with high tones.

Terrible after-sales service. We purchased an Felix intercom system from them in October 2018 afterwhich each time we had a mulfunction they would take days to send a team to check. The audio and video clarity of the product was poor and far low quality than other suppliers. We just had another malfunction again today, and after I spoke to the owner of Zetek he was very disinterested. He denied he was the owner and said he is just a manager. I mentioned that Im happy to pay for the cost of repair, product and labour and asked him to come to give an estimate. He then asked for AED 400 in advance only to provide an estimate. When I suggested that AED 400 was a bit steep for just visiting, he refused to talk further and disconnected the phone. I would NEVER recommend using Zetek. Terrible after-sales experience!
