Booked for my wife's birthday dinner on the recommendation of a dear friend. the only thing that dampened the anticipation a bit was the diplomatic meeting in the hotel. NO parking space. but just parked in the neighboring hotel. The food, the ambience the VERY friendly service more than made up for everything.a really great evening with outstanding food and very fine cocktails.there is a very high risk of repeating.

We enjoyed CJ’s recommendations to the tasty dishes in the menu like the wok-fried chicken Kung Pao Style, sitting and the refreshing channel and contemplating the beautiful silhouette of the Burj Al Arab!

Such a shame because the food could be good but the service is the worst I’ve ever had in Dubai or anywhere else in this type of resort for that matter. So rushed and a really unpleasant experience. 9: 30pm table (we were 10 mins late waiting for a bill in the bar nearby). We turn up and instantly told we have to order immediately which we do and apologise for being a little later. Starter comes out no more than 4 minutes later, whilst eating it we’re asked if they can bring the main course now! I asked if we were allowed to finish the starter first… then the main courses come out food is cold and the plates are roasting so it’s clearly been sat somewhere keeping warm. Whilst eating the main course we’re asked if we want a boat to leave… clearly don’t like customers or working after 9: 30pm at the weekend.

Sitting by the water, with a view of the Burj Al Arab, top quality food and wonderful hotel it’s housed within - Zheng He’s is a must visit for great Chinese cuisine. It’s great to order the braised beef noodles as the chef comes out to do a show of preparing the hand spun noodles. The dumplings are exquisite!

I recently visited zheng he‘s with my Family during my stay with Jumeirah and i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.
The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, the sweet and sour chicken and pekking duck was a hit, The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonably. The service are brilliant all staff are very professional and attentive especially Eve She’s a Gem! Our twin always asking to go back to see her during our holiday in dubai, I would definitely recommend this Chinese restaurant to friends and family.

Personal opinion the place is beautiful with Abra going around you and view of Burj al Arab lit up. Food is strictly fine but made up by great service.

We arrived too late for the yumcha brunch so ordered from a la cart instead and still very much enjoyed it. We had the chef’s yumcha selection, bbq chicken buns to start which were both delish and then had the hand pulled noodles, fried rice and crispy pork belly for mains. Definitely go for the chef’s selection if you’re ordering a la carte. The noodles were hand pulled and made fresh too and you can taste the quality. SO good! Would try the stir fry next time.

Terrible, Eid menu had 4 pcs of starters and one bowl of rice and a few cubes of beef. Staff was rude and unfriendly. I told the manager I will give review he said it’s your right. He meant we don’t care at all

They charged my 11 year old child, adult price on requesting he is below 12, the manager comes to argue he gave him adult portion of rice and we should pay full price. Then they go further to ask for a ID to confirm. Then the manager comes back and says was it January born or which month.

I haven’t ever experienced this low level of hospitality in any 5 star property in my life and they didn’t even consider it’s Eid day and a festival for us.

Fabulous evening. Food was still first class, table outside by the lake with excellent view of the Burj, who could ask for better?

An amazing place with an amazing view especially sunset time. Delicious food and service. Highly recommend Peking duck and dimsums.

They have excellent service, top tier. The food is delicious, but doesn’t taste like formal traditional chinese food. They have pretty small portions for some of their dishes. They also have a really good view for the outdoor dining.

We had Positive experience visiting Zheng He’s. First: view is spectacular! You are going to have the best picture with Burj Al Arab (if you are lucky to get outside table)

Ideally located along the water canal, breathtaking vue on Burj Al Arab and the Food is the finest you can ever find.

My family and I had a great time, food was tasty esp the signature dim sum platter. Love the ambience. Great service, friendly staffs and shout out to Sanie for being so kind and helpful. We will surely visit again.

One of the top Asian restaurant in Dubai. They have amazing brunch you could get the most delicious food. Love their view and the atmosphere. Very elegant place that you will enjoy your time. I will definitely coming back for the brunch. Thank you for the best service!

The food is excellent, the cocktails too, impeccable service, very nice decoration, a small background of Chinese Music very quiet and pleasant. It was my first visit but definitely not the last.

I found this restaurant through ‚What‘s on Dubai‘ and tried their Yum Cha brunch today (Saturday, 8. Oct.). I immediately was seated although I didn’t book in advance.

The first staff (sorry I don’t know his name) was really very attentive, nice and patient and answered all the questions I had about this brunch. I hope he knows when he sees my review. I was sitting in the corner upstairs by myself filming everything).

The second staff was a Chinese girl called Qiao and she was extremely lovely. We had very good talks in between the courses and at the end. She always recommended me what I should try and made this beautiful experience at Zheng He’s unforgettable for me!

About the food: I’m a Chinese and a gourmet when it comes to Dimsum. And the Dimsums here are heavenly delicious! The variety is big and two chefs personally serve them. The flavour and ingredients are so fresh and exquisite and everything was so fine in taste. Even the chefs were always asking if I wanted more to eat. You have steamed and fried Dimsums. The main courses were also very good. My highlight at the main courses were the self made noodles! The broth and ingredients as well as the noodles were very authentic Chinese. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish my dishes and I felt really sorry about that, but I was just happily full).

Now to the live music: the singers’ voice were amazing! Unbelievably beautiful and I enjoyed every song while eating (for 2 hours). I even took a whole video of my favourite song. This idea of live music and dimsum is fantastic.

My overall experience was just perfect! High level service, perfect dishes, super nice staff (Qiao and Chinese chefs) accompanied by great music in a beautiful location! The scenic view on the terrace is stunning!

Not sure what was better: the food, the view or the service. Probably our most tasty meal in Dubai. An upscale restaurant that’s also kid friendly. It was a great way to end our vacation.

Understaffed, service is very slow and many items were missed or incorrect, food quality is average, over prices for what you get

Good food let down by bizarre service.
5-10 minute wait until reserved table is ready, then another 10 minute wait for someone to get our order, and then starters (soup) delivered to the table before drinks arrive at the table. Was left feeling very unimpressed.

Great restaurant, its been a very long time since i was last here but i can tell the quality of food has not changed at all.

It is worth the price. It is affordable (for its location and dishes) and delicious
The service is excellent. They are friendly, they are nice and if you want Halal only dishes (there are only 2-3 non-halal) but let them know and they will give you the proper replacements.
We visited for the Chinese New Year and we got instead of pork, chicken for their set menu.
Everything we ordered is delicious.
The soup has a perfect consistency. It is thick but easily consumable
Thé boa has a cake-like texture but in the good way and it is somewhat sweet but you will like it (I hope)
Thé beef is LITTLE bit spicy but delicious including the nuts with it
The prawns are crispy, not my favourite but good
Vegetable noodles are so gooooood. They come with pak-choi. It is enough quantity for one and can be shared if you want to have little
Thé désert was fresh mango sago
It was FRESH and tasty

As for the location not only is the hotel service amazing, but you get the spectacular view and the beach vibe. There is also Burj Al Arab view which is incredible day or night!

With the Burj Al arab background, the outside seating is very picturesque. Had the Yum cha brunch menu which was very appetising and perfectly done up. The chef's talents with making the hand pulled noodles was certainly a spectacle. For some authentic chinese good experience and a superb view to add in this is the place to go!

This dinner was superb - we were seated in the terrace with a great view of the Burj and the food was delicious. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken and wet noodles with minced chicken. The chef actually came out to show us how he makes the noodles so it's fair to say they were really fresh. Great experience and would go back again!

We went for dinner at this restaurant few days ago. The ambiance on arrival was excellent and the reception by the staff was very friendly and courteous. We were given a table in the main room and the staff could not do enough to serve us. The food was served in a timely manner and in the correct order. All the food was delicious. Peking duck was a full half duck. Every on in The Restaurant was kind, courteous and friendly and I would highly recommend this place for excellent Chinese food.

We had dinner with friends, outdoor sitting with view on Burj al Arab I would recommend reservation. The friendly and attentive staff who are ready to help. We had soups to start with which are smaller portion but delicious then we shared dim sums to share. Mains are good and tasty portions with options for sides like rice or noodles. Desserts yin yung tiramisu didn't taste like tiramisu at all but mango ball cake was light with mango flavour. Definitely would recommend this place

Really amazing food, smoked Wagyu Dimsum, lotus one aswell dont know the name, stunning views, beef main course, egg noodles, mango dessert, dont know the names, sorry don't know the names, nice wine. Saveilly the main guy.

We all had their lunch combo special with a choice of soup, 2 portions of dumplings, 1 main and 1 dessert. It was a complete meal and very filling. The food was fantastic and the view while seated outdoors is simply amazing. Must visit if you like good Chinese Food

An opulent and elegant Chinese restaurant; we chose the outdoor seating by the water's edge and did not regret it one bit; succulent and delicious we also did not have a single complain about the food served; quiet and cosy it provided the family with a chance to unwind and rest after a day of exploring the expansive bazaar of Madinat Jumeirah

I recently revisited Zheng He's, this time to try their Duck Experience. While the rest of their menu is (like most places) hit and miss, these guys nailed the Pecking Duck. The skin was crispy like crackling, the meat was moist and juicy, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd say it's good to share between 4 people if you want to walk away feeling satiated and not limping.

The food isn't as expected, the staff is great that's it, won't be going there again, Dubai has many great restaurants but not this one, the management needs to work on the quality of the food.

Lovely Chinese restaurant, gets busy so a reservation is a must. Portions are big, especially the beef flat noodles, almost a meal in itself!

Delicious dumplings, great excellent service. Stuff knows menu very well. If u dont know what to eat, they help. Place is a good organised. Simple to get there. Definitely will be going there again for truffle dumplings, noodles and delicious fried with veggies

Horrible service. As soon as I walked in the hostess said I need to change because they have a dress code. I was wearing slippers so I went and changed. When I come back I see that she’s seating 3 men that were wearing slippers. Also she made fun of my girlfriend for not speaking English and when she translated from her language the hostess said she doesn’t speak Russian when what she said was clearly English. I’m shocked because the food is good but the people working there have disgusting manners
