Great and convenient location where I like to browse and shop. Unfortunately, the volume of music played in the store has gone up dramatically making it uncomfortable to shop at convenience. I am forced to take my things and run. I have made a request several times to the staff who promise to do something, but as you can see nothing is done. Other shops are opening close by and customers (like me) will move there, just because the store staff don't care about customer requirements.
But for this music I would give 4 stars

Open until late around 11pm. Has everything we would need on urgent basis and basic necessity stuff. Staffs are polite! Super blasting AC on a hot day! A regular here as its just opposite to my apartment.

I had very bad experience as always in this branch… They aren’t answering my call for several times…

The worst customer service
I was asking for the spoon of Ice-cream the way of she reply annoyed, I didn’t see this type of customer service in my entire life, they don’t care about customers i think the lady name of missele.

Every day go-yo grocery store thst has everything I need. Love the fast delivery and kind staff.

A very big supermarket in JLT w cluster they have good range of products in just opposite the lake

Normal shop, but one staff member named Billy (philipino guy) is very bad person. On my and my friends eyes, he was trying to run into a cat on a delivery bicycle. It was on 5th of August 2019 at approx 10pm. After I visited the shop with complain he was very scary and refused that it was him, shop manager was trying to protect him, but I have two more witnesses. After few days I saw same cat on the street in very bad condition and sick, but all cats are feeded by JLT community and taken care of. Hope this person will be punished for cruel behavior to animals.

I don't have any concerns unless the disappointed coffe from Starbucks corner.always not the same taste of the any Starbucks branch, but which I had yesterday was the worst it seems that the milk was expired.

Middle size supermarket, location is ok, but avarage price is too high. 10 Dhs for small pkg of skin wipes, serious?

Small but nicely supplied, including some fresh vegetables and fruits, frozen food, buy and eat sandwiches. No pork.
