Very bad experience , one of the worst zoom cargo company so guys please be carefull before sending the cargo with this zoom cargo. They sent my cargo on 2023oct-1st but still I don't received my cargo (today date is jan-9 2024) So i never saw this type of kachada zoom cargo company

Booked sea cargo on 19th August 2023. Commitment from the Zoom to deliver the goods within 45 to 50 days. But cargo delivered after 90 days.
Response for phone and mails are zero. Never expected this kind of service companies in UAE

Baker service hai dosto zoom cargo 45 days bol 2 months till now my goods have not been sent and on top of that the staff talks rudely doesn't answer anything when asked anything about my cargo

Extremely Poor Service

I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by ZOOM EXPRESS CARGO. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is simply unacceptable.

Firstly, the tracking updates were inconsistent and unclear. I constantly had to reach out to them for any information regarding the status of my shipment. Even then, the responses were ambiguous and unhelpful, leaving me completely unaware of the whereabouts of my parcel.

Moreover, the customer support was extremely unresponsive. Every time I tried to contact them for assistance or clarification, it felt like my concerns were being ignored. They showed a complete disregard for providing satisfactory solutions.

The overall service provided by ZOOM EXPRESS CARGO was very bad. Their inefficiency and lack of professionalism have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services, as they clearly prioritize quantity over quality.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering ZOOM EXPRESS CARGO. It is important to choose a company that values customer satisfaction and provides reliable service, which ZOOM EXPRESS CARGO clearly fails to deliver.

Hi brothers and sisters, zoom express cargo Abu Dhabi and Dubai is worst cargo service I have ever experienced. I have sent sea cargo to Hyderabad India (2/11/2022) they promised me 45 days it will be delivered now almost 75 days still it’s not delivered. When we contact them especially one person Shukur (Abu Dhabi Branch office sales Representative) first Of all they will not answer our calls, if they answer they will shout us and disconnect the call and they will not reply to our messages also. Please I request you don’t send your items from this cargo. If there is zero star rating i will prefer to give below zero.

Took their service to shift the items to our home in India since my father was leaving the country after 30 years. All the items were personally important to my father and couldn't take a risk to lose those. Mr. Sinan from zoom express took the challenge and delivered the items to our home in kerala within the promised time. All the items were safe.

There is bad service. I sent the air cargo and they said it will take 7-10 maximum working days to reach but it already completed 20 days. But is the benefit to send air cargo if they are taking this much time. I sent on 15/06/2022 but till now not deliver.inv no ZM 30522

I send my air cargo this month 14th and I got in 5 days in my home palakkad Kerala. Thanks zoom cargo.

Collection was on time. Worst part is onlineTracking is not working. U cant even get tracked of ur package. If u call, they say reched at destination and in clearing.
Same continued for 60days. Cargo not reached home.
Thinking of cargo. Think of other cargo agents.

They first say, 30 days, but when u send with them, time keeps increase.then 35 days, then 40 days, then 50 days, then months.its almost going to 45 days for my cargo.still no response from them, think before you use this company.i made the mistake to use this cargo.very bad service.

Product delivered on time but the guys who came for delivery asked for money by force RS-200. He took money RS-200, after he left. This is not acceptable as we have paid total money at the time of package. And they are asking for by force. It's not good to deal with coercion.

Irresponsible behaviour

I Recently did an enquiry about a country and there courier charges this particular courier service told me a specific amount which was in my budget
I bought almost 3k worth of products
And on the day when i called them and to ship my courier
They suddenly told the cost of the courier will cost me more than what they said because they read India instead of singapore
This is such a huge mistake i am stuck with all the products
I am really disappointed

Zoom Cargo worst cargo service in the world. I am sending goods to India on 2 December and I received April. And never wonder about the things that are missing from the cargo, please do not book the Zoom cargo service.all chitter working with zoom. 0000000

The worst cargo service I have ever seen.
Don't waste your time and money to this non-sense service.it is a kind request. Because, there is no responsible for anyone for our products or goods.

Poor Service.
I sent a parcel about two weeks ago and it still hasn't reached.
They do not even attend the calls much.

Not professional. Very poor service. They don't deserve even one star. I sent my cargo on November first week but not received till now on january. After sending cargo they don't know any details about our cargo. Not giving any updates.no reply for messages.

Very Poor service, informed that goods will reach within 25 days but goods delivered is after 60 Days with 60% of damages, they don't care about your goods and time.unreliable, Attached the pics for reference still more to come.

The worst service experience with Zoom Express cargo, they took two months (Dubai to India) and still now no update. Request you all not waste your time/ money and energy. Poor serves ever we seen.

I had a personal cargo to be delivered to Bangalore. I took the 10day express cargo option. The packing was done very professionally and sturdy. Received my package on the 8th day. I am really glad I chose Zoom.

Very worst service. Delay almost 70 days took to deliver to tamilnadu with my goods were all damage condition at delivered point. Not at all recommended.
Don't send any items with this cargo service.

Worst service I had received soo far in UAE. No professional packaging done even I had paid for wooden packaging for the goods. I received the goods damaged. After informing them the product delivered was damaged, no response from the team. I will never use them or recommend to use Zoom express cargo to anyone. Very unprofessional service!
