The price of water 1.25 and the price of fruit 18, actually charged me 30 from my card. There's always a decimal point. Outrageous. Don't come here, the cashier is so unprofessional.

Good community supermarket at Cluster D, open 24*7 and does home delivery free for orders above AED 15.

The customer service at this Zoom market seems to be so much more customer oriented than others. The manager Elvin was talkative, curious and extremely helpful when accessing goods that were difficult to attain. The efficiency of the store is very quick and everyone is extremely helpful. Vivian also went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. With employees like this, it encourages customers to come back and gain rapport with such people. Best Zoom in the city.

The selection is average. What you would expect from a store its size. They often have issues with staff not at tills, with customers waiting

They sell gallons of water but they said they can’t deliver it even if it’s just next building! We had to carry the gallons all by ourselves! They won’t even let you borrow the trolley! The staff allowed it but had to ask the manager (named Elvin/alvin) and manager said no. BUT THEY DELIVER ALL OTHER STUFF. THEY EVEN HAVE THE MOTOR FOR DELIVERY APART FROM TROLLEY. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM CLUSTER D! And they have one counter open everytime! VERY BAD!

With every passing day. There staff is going nuts. My best guess is since management is in state on coma. So no one to ask for anything.
I agree kabayans are friendly & hard working BUT IN CASE OF ZOOM STAFF IS TOTALLY OPPOSITE.
I just now purchased few items and got to know since maria can't scan sham pickle. So her inside GENIUS woke up and she charged me some other item of same brand ie 9 aed PRETTY SMART RIGHT.but i went to carrefour across road and bought same item at 6.50.
So when i came back to return the item she said NOOOOO ITS TOTTTALLLLY DEEFFRENT ITS CARREFOUR I mean seriously are u kidding me that your prices are OVER BY 35 %FROM OTHER MKTS I mean SERIOUSLY.
MANY price tages are wrong misplaced COOKING OIL OTHERS
VEGETABLES ARE ROTTEN NO CARE NO TIME TO REMOVE THEM FROM SHELF
Rather ms maria have time to note down the temperature of freezer that is most important then removing rotten items from shelf.
Anyone knows how to reach management or their situation is more bad then here.

Does ANYONE knows how to contact there DEEP SLEEP management?
I visited them for some stuff & saw sample of a perfume that my friend recommended me many times. When i thought to test its tester, to my amazed its spray head was INTENTIONALLY REMOVED BY STAFF.
Well i thought may be it has lost it. I looked for another then another then another ALL OF THEM THEY HAVE REMOVED SO NOBODY SHOULD DARE TO TRY THERE SAMPLES. What a pathetic way. Now i understand why there perfumes are placed as it is.
Anyways i confronted the female staff name like mariana or marina something im mixed up that why it's like that, first she gave me GRIM LOOKS AND THEN SHE SPEAK UP IN THE MOST SHAMEFULL WAY '' SIRRRRR MANY COOSTOOMERS JUST USE ITTT AND NOT BUY IT''
so she mean that anyone who will try a sample he or she IS BOUND BY ZOOM LAW TO BUY THAT PERFUME
SO THE GENIUS STAFF FROM ONE FAMOUS COUNTRY CAME UP WITH AN IDEA OF REMOVING THE SPRAY HEADS.story closed the end so easy.

3 star for few reasons over all nice 24-7 super market most items available as well nice staff also BUT for some reasons there is always a confusion that which counter is working some time we place all stuff at counter and they say please come here or then they say go to that delivery country like and second thing the staff don't know about there products where they are placed and which items you are asking 3rd AND MOST IMPORTANTLY they deliver home as well BIT FOR SOME WEIRD REASONS THEY CAN DELIVER YOU MILK AS THERE MAGNETIC STICKERS SAYS BUT WILL NOT DELIVER U DISPENSER WATER GALLONS NO MATTER HOW MUCH HUGE YOUR ORDER IS THEY WANT YOU TO BRING IT ON YOUR SHOULDERS AND ENJOY WATER FROM ZOOM and when ii asked one sale guy there u dont think its a Crazy decision he said yaaah what we can do higher management decides this
So i ask HIGHER MANAGEMENT WATER IS MORE IMPORTANT OR MILK?

Nice sitting area! Lots of dogs pass by cause of nearby pet groomer. Very pleasant to spend an afternoon snacking. There are cats too for the cat lovers out there.
