The place is nice not sure about the food my hometown Turkish food is way better no offense it’s good tho compare to the rest

Seating is mixed with smoking guests. Food is fairly good but presentation is poor. Main dish is served on rusted copper plates. Moreover prices are high.

The food is fantastic, and you get what is promised on the photo menu. The portions are large (a 1 meter "pizza") is really 1 meter. The sight and play of the fountain make the place even more memorable. I can only recommend it, although we had to wait 1 hour for a table to become available on the terrace. Worth it!

What a great combination of Arabic and Turkish food. Ambience will be great because of Burj Khalifah. Prices are reasonable as well. I will recommend to visit this restaurant.

We were there to enjoy our dinner on wednesday night, was not crowded and also got a table outside.
If you can be there at 18: 00 and you get a great view of Dubai fountain.
Food Overall was good. Meat is Spiced properly and dessert was tasty as well.
Price for two Person with starter, Main dish and dessert around 350aed with the fantastic view.

The food is good, but the ambiance is like you are having a fast food in crowded mall that made me regret coming there. Inside dubai mall brunch is not cosy at all. La mer brunch had the real spirit, inside was bringing you to some traditional restaurant and the staff were completing the atmosphere and I was so disappointed to see it closed. It was the place you would like to introduce to your family coming to Dubai for first time, now is just another bar.

An excellent restaurant serving Lebanese and Turkish food. We had fig salad, cold platter, zaatar-cheese pide and kunefe with ice cream. The food is fresh, very well prepared and extremely delicious. The staff is friendly and though the restaurant was crowded, the staff managed the crowed very well.

رائعين من الخدمه والموظفين والطعام. ومدير الفرع وابتسامته الحلوه. اتمنى الاستمرار على هذا المستوى

Food was not bad but servants were rude. They started cleaning the table and taking our plates right after we finished our food without asking.

المطعم حلو اوي ويستحق ان يكون افضل مطعم في دبي مول. المطعم نظيف والديكور حلو جداً وهادئ والاكل لذيذ جداً اوجه شكر لوضاح لاستجابته السريعة وتعاونه

Traveled 40min to have breakfast here and it totally worth it.

Good atmosphere, amazing service and tasty food. We had breakfast for two, which also included unlimited Turkish tea
Would definitely visit again once I am in Dubai.

Worst Turkish restaurant I ever been! The mix grill was small and bland with hardly no flavour, no chilly, no garlic sauce, bad customer service, no Salad, bread was dry and burnt, no Turkish tea, very expensive and bad customer service,

While white Customers and local Arabs were given good customer service I felt like I wasn’t welcomed, I had to leave and eat my desert somewhere else because I felt awkward been ignored and given such a terrible service.

I love Dubai but wouldn’t recommend any one to this terrible fake Turkish restaurant.

Zouzou of the sea on jumeirah 1 was the best and that of dubai mall for me catastrophic I found a hair in the dish I received my cold meats and zero service

Very bad and sad experience with food and service.experience there staff was not interested to serve a big big time staff training required.even spoken to there restaurant manager and complained. Most of dishes we order came out dry and not prepared as it should be.

We have tried Zouzou in Dubai Mall during our short stay. Food beats our expectation by far. Best Turkish Lebanese experience ever. We have tried Mixed Grill, Shrimp and Fried Vegetables mix. Everything was delicious!

Zouzou is a perfect spot for a two persons / family outing! The food is divine, with flavours from both Turkish and Arab (Lebanese) cuisine. The ambience is spectacular with views of the Dubai Mall and the water fountain (you can watch the water show from the restaurant).
The food arrived really fast and waiter were all friendly and helpful and even though they were quite busy (Sunday evening) they served with smiles on their faces!
Sayed and Omar were particularly serving our table and they were friendly, funny and conversational - which was quite welcoming.
We were later served coffee by Hamza who politely took time to explain to us the different coffees.
The service here is excellent with professional waiters and super delicious meals - definitely worth the money.
Approx. AED550 for 4-6 people.

The place is lovely and the staff are very professional and friendly. Ahmed Fahmy was responsible for our table and he was super nice and helpful. An amazing experience overall

I visited your zou zou dubai branch a few times. The reason was always Ayaz from your staff. Thanks to Ayaz, we loved this place, he is a very caring, friendly and polite staff. He took great care of us. He was very friendly and met all our requests. Everyone who comes here is coming for Ayaz. There was hair in the food. That was disgusting. The staff didn’t even care. However, we paid the whole bill and just left. Don’t recommend this place. Waste of money, time.

Excellentes Essen und extrem faire Preise. RIESIGE auswahl an Speisen. Das Restaurant liegt an top Lage direkt an den Fountains. Toll hier am Abend beim Essen die Shows zu geniessen. Beim nächsten Dubai Besuch werden wir definitiv wieder hier essen.

Zouzou. An amazing Lebanese restaurant at the Dubai mall. Great Hummus, Kibbeh etc. Lebanese food the way it should be done. ️.

We love Turkish food so I am going to be a bit biased. The restaurant is gorgeous and the ambiance was office music and very cultural. The service of Omar and Sayed was extremely pleasant. It was our first visit, and the Zou Zou platter was a great choice for a starter! The main dishes were all eaten to our satisfaction (ie.none of us left anything on our plates). Afterwards, Omar took us to outdoor table to enjoy the water-light show which was worth recording. We ordered coffee and water to end our evening dinner. Definitely will come again for a choice of dining with my family.

I loved the breakfast, authentic Turkish cuisine, freshly baked bread and tasty Turkish tea, the portions are good enough for 2 adults and the price is affordable considering the Dubai Mall fountain view.
For 4 adults, I suggest ordering 1 Turkish breakfast and 1 Lebanese breakfast, that is a better combination for better diversity in flavors.

Having tried all restaurants in the Dubail Mall this is the best one hands down if you want to enjoy a very tasty grilled meat. Very Tasty grilled dishes, meat is very juicy not dry, big portions. They serve very tasty “flat bread” which is free. Been here twice and twice enjoyed it very much. Good service. You can enjoy tasty food on the terrace with a beautiful view of the fountains and the show. Great atmosphere. Great and big choice of dishes in the menu WITH PICTURES ️. Really recommend it.
