The variety of dishes is superb. Our server Yasir, has been so friendly and always had a smile…thank you Yasir!
Definitely recommend and will be visiting again…as often as possible

We came to this restaurant after a visit to cinema. Our choice of restaurant was influenced by its location and general affinity for turkish and Lebanese cuisine. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by mediocre taste of food. It was also shocking to observe a significant difference between the way dishes appeared in the menu and their actual appearance when served.
Given their above average prices, I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant.

The food is great very tasty. Our waiter Diaa was very nice and child friendly.
We sure gonna visit again.

Great food, service is weak way too weak, needs huge improvement. Prices were before they opened in this mall, can't rip off everyone:)

Comparing to other Turkish places Zou Zou is slightly better in terms of service and food. Hummus is not recommended.
Meat slicing show with the “dombra” music is quite annoying.

من المطاعم المميزة في دبي هيلز مول، دايماً مزدحم لكن حظنا جيد لقينا طاولة بسرعة. صوت الاغاني كان جداً مرتفع يادوب تسمع اللي جنبك.
طلبنا مقبلات واسكندر وفتة. الاكل كان مرتب ولذيذ. الموظفين كانوا متعاونين وخدومين وسريعين.
مكانهم قريب من السينما.

The chicken wings were not cooked at all.raw and full of blood and when we told them they were not sorry. They wanted us to pay for the the dish. What a bad customer service. خدمة سيئة جداً طلبنا جوانح دجاج وكانت غير مستوية ومليئة بالدم وعندما طلبنا منهم الفاتورة كانو يريدوننا ان ندفع ثمن الطبق غير المطبوخ المفروض ان يبدلونا بطبق اخر كانو يريدوننا ان ندفع عن الدم الذي اكلناه

We came here for lunch. Was lucky enough to find a nice booth. The food arrived so quickly, and it was extremely fresh and tasty. We wanted to try a variety of dishes, from salad to pide to mixed grill. Salad portion was generous. The staff are attentive and kind. Such fast and efficient service. Highly recommend for lunch. And their breakfast looked good too.

Nice outlet for breakfast in Dubai hills mall.breakfast is appealing both in taste and appearance.staff are friendly and helpfull especially Osman who was very helpfull.price over value is moderate.

This place offers a great dining experience and they have a clean environment.

Samy and jaber with all the team this morning have been fabulous. Going over and beyond to accommodate all my groups requirements. Zou zou is a top location to eat and enjoy with friends and family.

مطعم لبناني - تركي الاكل لذيذ ولكن الاسعار مبالغ فيها وكذلك ازدحام شديد ولكن اشكر موظف الاستقبال لبق ومحترم وحجز لنا طاولة ولم ننتظر طويلاً.

Lebanese-Turkish restaurant, the food is delicious, but the prices are exaggerated, and there is too much crowding.

Good restaurant and perfect food, I would like to thank Rafaat the waiter he was nice and good service.

We waited for about 30 minutes until they could arrange a table for us (10 people)
After we got the table immediately ordered the breakfast, but it took them more than 30 minutes to prepare it! The breakfast was so delicious and it had a great combination of everything.
The staff were confused and we had to tell at least 3-4 of them to do something! They need to make their service a lot better, otherwise they won’t get good feedbacks.

The food is delicious and the service is fast. Prices are on the higher side. Turkish tea can be better.
