I had a chance to deal with company. As my oman agent sent stuffs to forward it to sydney. They are not honest in business. I have been blackmailed by these people and that cost me extra payment of 537 aud.

They dont answer the phone after taking the pyament, local agent does not response at all. They made a promise to get my parcel delivered in 2 weeks and it has been over 3 months now. I have lost my hope now that it would ever get delivered. My advice, DONT USE THEM. Poor customer service

It is the worst company that you will ever deal. We booked out cargo when moving to Ireland from Dubai in May 2022 l, almost 6 months ago via ppc/zuhail still no sign of it.we have almost lost hope. Please don't risk your valuables with such unprofessional people.

Really terrific, efficient and personalised service. The team came round to measure up the goods for removal and on packing day managed to squeeze them into 15% less cubic metres than quoted. The shipping went very smoothly and their partners in the UK were fully informed of all the paperwork. Would highly recommend Davis and his team as a very competitive yet high level service. Please don't trust on Zuhal and its related companies. This company together with Mega Star Movers, Paradise Packaging, DTD Worldwide are holding my household packages in Toronto as a pledge for their financial disputes. Disgusting!

I recently used Zuhal International's services to move my household items from Toronto to Dubai and I must say that it was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with any such organization. The pricing was fair from the start but the exceptional service is what stood out. Davis kept us up to date with the latest on our shipment and even delivered it prior to the promised delivery date. They came on time. High quality packing. All of the team members were experienced. If i need the same service i will definitely use them again.

Though my shipment arrived later than expected, my 8 big boxes were in very good condition when it arrived. Once the shipment reached Hamilton port, a clear direction and instruction will be sent through email that you have to follow. Thank you Davis (my contact person in Abu Dhabi) for the prompt replies as always. From the UAE to Canada, he was able to guide and update me with the shipment.
It saved me a lot of money since I opt for sea cargo instead of air cargo and I'm glad I was able to bring more stuff because of this.
