Is this really happening now at Zulekha I’m shocked, I had an emergency surgery and paid a deposit and informed to billing will pay rest before discharge But during the admission there was an Arabic gentleman claiming that he is from admin, was running behind us here and there with his note book asking for the payment.
He was knocking my door day and night while I’m in severe pain asking me pay pay pay in a very irritating way. Calling us 100 times a day on mobile.
I think there is account department who are responsible to call and collect the payment.
We are a respected patients who came to receive treatment, not to be insulted.

This review is specifically about Customer relationship manager Mrs Jinu from Zulekha hospital. I will give 5 stars for solving issue which I faced in Zulekha Hospital on NIPT test refund. She is a true asset to Zulekha Hospital and real example to customer relationship.

I did NIPT test which is not insurance covered and we paid AED 2000 to Zulekha Hospital and report got delayed and for that they didn’t give me enough reason for delay and hence I requested them to cancel test and Even-though Dr Rajalakshmi asked lab to cancel the test, admin and lab team didn’t allow me to refund the money which I paid.

All the faculties including Admin, lab team (Including director of Admin& lab) were not at all supporting my request and finally they started ignoring my calls.

Customer relationship executive Mr. Naeem was just playing with his words and washing off his hands saying I can’t do anything and he will just transfer to someone whenever needed support for patient.

Luckily I got to connect with Ms. Jinu and she took my concern very professionally and solved my issue within 2 hrs. She is an asset to Zulekha Hospital.

My family always visit Doctors @ Zulekha Hospital for almost 10 years now. We are very happy with the service, Doctors, treatment. We have seen the Hospital growing. Thanks to the teleconsultation team, Emergency Ward team, Dr. Karthik, Endocrinologist, Dr. Srinivasan, Cardiologist for their support and guidance for my mother's health. Good Doctors and OP services but Pharmacy services is the area of concern if you are opting for zulekha hospital Dubai,
I visited yesterday while getting the token, i ask them how long will it take for my turn they said 25 to 30 minutes as I had my son with me who is wounded.
I ask them to deliver they said ok
But I didn't get medicine untill now.
And there is no problem with insura
Don't know why they promised and not delivered?

I would like to commend Arwa who is now assigned at the Pharmacy section who has and always been helpful and ready to assist patient like us whenever we needed assistance. She always gave us the exemplary customer care and service to us. My husband is not feeling very well and she made sure to assist us to expedite the waiting process. She is very accommodating, approachable. Helpful, jolly and so friendly to all. Glad to have our check ups at Zulekha with her around.

Very poor helpline and LAB service, I needed to know LAB Health packages for one of the required test.
Helpline team didn't know, they redirected me to the LAB team
all day I kept calling no one picked the phone.
Eventually I moved to another hospital for services.

The service quality is going down day by day
You must arrive min 15 min prior to your appointment time that take more than usual time.
Then you move to next stage where appointment time lost its value and you are at the mercy of simeone despite having prior appointment.
Once you are done then on Saturdays you must go with a bucket full of patience to robotic pharmacy.
The waiting time stretch to 45 or 55 minutes.
Welcome to new improvised medical facilities.

I had a good and bad experience in Zulekha hospital. Last Friday night I had visited Emergency department to treat my 8 years old son’s swelling left hand thump.

The doctor at emergency dept.diagnosed a minor crack after X ray and he put a normal bandage with a support on thump and prescribed painkiller. The experience was very good since I felt very comfortable and speedy response from the team.

Next day we revisited to consult with orthopedic specialist Dr. Rahul as advice by the doctor in emergency for a thorough check up. He has not even examined as the emergency doctor did last night and advised to plaster it for 2 weeks without any other medicine.

I got the approval from insurance and advised to pay 20% co pay for Aed. 251.26 only for plastering. (Total amount for plastering is Aed. 1300) I cross checked with the cashier about the pricing since I felt its very expensive for a minor thump plastering.

Later I paid and proceed to the plastering room. After seeing the plastering, I got shocked as he did the same plastering as did last night by emergency team without any charges. I felt like hospital is more of concentrating on money making than treatment.

Let God bless me and my family to avoid visiting this hospital anymore.

I and my 5year old daughter had such a traumatic experience today at zulekha hospital. Dr naveen gupta of ENT department is not at all child friendly. I took my daughter to him for ear lobe procedure ofcourse she is a child and was scared of all the tools and needles but instead of pacifying her the docter started screaming at her at the top of his lungs and stared pushing her scaring her even more. It was very traumatic to watch all this and I was feeling numb. Never in lifetime should any child should go through this. Can’t belive hospitals in dubai hire such kind of docters who dosent knw how to behave with a five year old

Very grateful to have been acquainted with Dr Sunita Ghike. Throughout my pregnancy she provided the right advice and helped me understand about my journey. Being the first pregnancy often we have many questions and seek a lot of information. Dr Sunita is very patient, warm, sensitive about your need and makes you feel comfortable. My experience of getting treated under her has been fruitful and I am grateful to her for taking right calls proactively. Would definitely recommend Dr Sunita Ghike.

Charging me AED 30 for registration which i havent seen in any other hospital and still take 30 minutes for registration. If we paid for the service of registration and still need to wait 30 minutes for god sake in a hospital. I dont understand why iam getting paid my half hour just for registration

This morning, I'm sitting in the picu of zulekha hospital Dubai and writing this review.my 3 year old son is hospitalized since he is diagnosed with pneumonia with a rapid onset.doctor was suspecting foreign body aspiration so we had to do the CT scan.any parent can imagine the anxiety and hectic emotions i was going through.
I'm really grateful to the new Specialist pediatrician in the hospital Dr Anuradha Nair, she is such a wonderful professional and gem of a person.she was explaining everything and every possibilities and making sure to comfort us.my son is improving very well.and my thanks to the nursing staff and everyone else who assisted and helped us.
Past 3 years I've been consulting many pediatricians in the town, but I've decided not to go anywhere else but to dr Anuradha for any future needs of my son's health, thanks to zulekha hospital for bringing her.

I would like to thank Dr Laxmi Yaliwal for her skilful surgical expertise, the OT and nursing service team for caring me and operating on me laparoscopically, with no scar and no blood loss. My stay in the hospital was a smooth experience beyond my expectations, with ultimate care and making my stay as comfortable as home.
I highly recommend Dr Laxmi for gynecological laparoscopic surgeries, she is very caring, explains the plan and mode of treatment and a highly skilful professional doctor that I opted for my surgery at Zulekha Hospital as a preferred destination of treatment. The nurses and patient care service team are angels there. My best wishes for the team Zulekha Hospital for the good care and clinical expertise they provide.

المستشفى يقدم خدمات مقبولة و مساحات الاقسام و الغرف ايضا جيدة لكن يجب العناية اكثر بمرضى الطوارىء يشعر المريض و المراجع بأن هنالك وقت مهدور و انه يستحق عناية افضل ، حبذا لو يقوموا بتعديل اجراءات الدخول و الطوارىء خاصة ان المريض يكون متعب و موجوع و يتألم ، لماذا لا يتم استدعاء الدكتور الى الطوارىء مثلا بدلا من الطلب من المريض بالصعود الى العيادة و هو في حال صعبة! ؟ كما ان اجراءات الصيدلية تستنزف وقت اكبر من اللازم و الاجراءات بشكل عام في المستشفى معقدة و بالامكان اختصارها بشكل اكبر و جعلها اكثر سهولة و مرونة.

I was at the Zuekha hospital for my MRI to be done, I come from Fujairah. Yesterday while I was at the hospital I was asked to get my MRI Done with a list of blood tests. However, I didn’t want to get to my blood test because obviously the bill for MRI AND BLOOD TEST was of nearly aed 4000 (I had my insurance pay the 80 percent, I still had to pay 20 percent which was still so much) While I came to the hospital for my MRI, the radiology department asked me to get one of the blood test mandatorily done. No body in the hospital was helpful to me except for MONA, she was really helpful to me. I was shouting, she calmed me down. I asked the hospital to give my refund of money, but she tackled the situation with so much ease that I didn’t take the refund of the money back. She is the best customer service that the hospital have while now body wanted to help me.

She has flight at 3.30pm today and I have a given a test in another Hospital 72 hours l before she travel, they told me within 24 hours however they didn’t give the result still now.

Yesterday night at 8.30 pm I met Mr. PunniyaMoorthy Harisuthan at your hospital al Nadha Dubai branch, explained the above situation to him. He understood our concern and took a initiative to fast track the application, and processed the same and gave us the report this morning 9 am

Because of him we are able to obtain the other give approvals. Thanks for hiring humanitarian staffs

My 5 months old son was down with severe pain. We visited multiple Doctors but his pain was not subsiding. We were worried and stressed. We were asked to visit Doctor Salah from Zulekha hospital. Mr Salah (Pediatric surgeon) listened to all our concerns and suggested the reason might be due to ears. He asked us to visit ENT Specialist immediately and we could find infection in his ears. We could really see the difference in our son activity as the treatment progressed. Within no time he was out of this stress and was to his jovial normal.

My visit to zulekha hospital Dubai, wow is it really a hospital or a hotel where a patient has to die if by mistakenly they have been to zulekha hospital. I tried reaching a manager after having the pathetic service from the reception and continued till the manager. Miss Fatima doesn't know the basic of customer service and she is the manager of customer service, behaved very badly with me and my friend who was in pain. I request the management to take the strick action against such kind of managers who play with patients and their emotions and make fun of it. Thank you for your worst service I'm not gonna visit this hospital in my life again and will make sure none of my family members or Friends visit.

This hospital is lacking basic customer service. It has nice building but what's the pointbif you have no respect those your serving and treating them like a trush. We had appointment at 9: 15 with Dermo Doctor walk to 1st floor to register as we have been told but was total disaster as those at the counter didn't care who was standing infront of them specaily the guy who was sitting number 4 was completely rude and careless. Hope you guys give training to your front line staff or bring ppl who are qualified such position. These ppl were total careless toward whom they are serving.

Another disaster day in this Hospital from my last visit and regardless of the follow-up call from the hospital and agreed that this will never happen again.

I came to the 1st floor reception and seen customers are arguing with reception and security. Even there counters with free staff and they don't take anyone. But I have seen they do entertain the customer who came recently
I don't think they will never learn or improve.

If there is an option I can give less than one star or no star, I will give to this hospital. I have a very bad experience from this hospital. Only good service I had it from the Doctor.
1. No covered parking for their customers and security lady is such rude and no manners to their customers. Parking is only for the doctors and not anyone else. Such a shame!
2. Receptionists are pretending busy and poor communication and rude to their customers. I think they are concerned only about the money and not the service. This is the one hospital in my life takes the their money upfront and not giving any service. Such a shame!
3. Insurance counter team also very busy and not willing to talk or look at who is standing in front of them.
4. Another lady (Benazeer) who is sitting in the Lab, don't have time to even ask the person who is standing outside the door. Then I realized I need to take token to see her after myself moving around the area and figure it out. Why she don't cannot ask or say to the customer to take the ticket/token? Such a disaster customer service!

Overall, these staff needs proper training how to handle the customers more efficiently rather than looking for their insurance and money.

Although i left visiting zulekha-shj due to the unprofessional, untrained & rude behavior of staff specially reception desk also giving priorities to people of their native place. I was visiting zulekha-dxb since 2019, but last week it proved me the same specially their ins dept who have no work experience, lack of training & no clue on providing service. They simply ask us to speak to our ins directly with no effort from them at all… utter shame… it is more of a business hub than hospital.

Worst experience with Pediatric Neurologist ever. Doctor didn't have decency to inform me that my autistic son needs to be sedated with the same prescription medicine that he was taking since his last week visit. My son was sedated but couldn't go to sleep. We ended wasting 6 hours in the hospital and the doctor refused to see us afterwards. I ended paying uselessly for medication which did not have intended effect. And why should patient waste time traversing from pharmacy to EEG lab to pediatrics when there is already a planned test to be had!

I was referred to zulekha by another doctor who was my oby/gyn. And she specifically referred me to Dr Jasbir oby/gyn. At first I never liked the idea because of the reviews I saw online. But decided to give it a try. Dr Jasbir was not just a doctor but a medical mother, she was so caring and listenings to all my complains and answered all my questions. It's a year now and I want to thank her and also to beautiful Dr Gemma who encouraged me and took the delivery. Dr Gemma you are a SUPER HERO! But the nurses are really inexperienced as they were using my body for practicals. I had to scream at the nurses because I was in labour pain and without the doctors content, they tried to sweep my passage several times.

Peadiatrician doctor Dheeraj is very unfriendly and very unprofessional. He didn’t helped me to give opinion on the blood test results for my kid and asked me to call the same pediatrician at midnight 11.30pm once she is on duty. I am clueless and need to wait while 10hrs until 1130pm that doctor back to duty. As per ZULEKHA policy duty doctor can give comments on the test results if the patients called for the follow up. But this guy refused and didn’t care about the kids and very unprofessional

Very good analysis by Dr. Shyam Babu (Neurology), he diagnosed and found my block in 3 days and with in 2 weeks they did the procedure (Carotid angioplasty and stenting) based on insurance approval and now an an well all the previous conditions and symptoms (loss of vision in one eye, numbness, headache, Giddiness, weakness are gone. Just after one day of procedure they discharged me based on the observation.

Zulekha is one of the good hospital in Dubai, they are very structured in terms of most of the actions, procedures and processes.

We had an amazing experience with Zhulekha hospital as we are taking treatment from zhulekha since 2016
First we had treatment with Dr Sunita Ghaike
from planning of pregnancy till we have a baby of 7 months and she is still taking care of us with the same passion and professionalism
I will recommend to everyone for her consultation
I would like to thank her for giving us amazing gift of our life
Second i would like to thank Dr Uday Shanker for performing laparoscopic cholecystectomy as my wife had a gall bladder stone. What an amazing experience dealing with him. We called him in emergency and the doctor was available for us on call. I would like to recommend him for any surgery related consultations.
Third i would to thank Dr Dhiraj For taking care our kid as a paediatrician. Extremely professional and amazing person to deal with.

Stay away from the wellness packages offered by the hospital its just a money making business. For the well women package they had offered both abdominal and pelvis scan, but after paying them for the package they refused the pelvis scan. We met the customer relations and they were extremely rude and offered no help. Never going to this hospital again.

This hospital has the worse and the most unprofessional staff, some of them are so rude. The waiting hours are crazy. Even when you approach customer care there is no action the feedback taken is just for casual formality. Wellness package is a business here where the hospital takes the money first and provides no help or guidance on how to go about the process. Extremely disappointing service.

Star goes to d Doctor Rajalakshmi. She s d best gynecologist to consult. We had very good experience with her. But very disappointed with the radiology department. Make sure you do ur scanning with the correct radiologists or else u have to do further scanning because of there ineffiency. Very very disappointed with d radiology department. And had to face many unwanted problems and tension. And my medicines were covered fully by d insurance people but still dey ask for 10% of the amount which is not required. Always make sure about ur facilities provided by the insurance company before paying the bill.

I visited zulekha hospital through a friend. From past 3 years I visited various departments in zulekha hospital including orthopedic, dental and surgery for major issues and other departments for minor issues. The doctors are highly qualified and very approachable and I was treated me very well. To be specific Dr. Chidananda and Dr. James are highly qualified and best doctors. As such whole team in zulekha starting from front desk to pharmacy is best ️️

Very worst customer services and Nurse behaviours are very rude. Its usual practice of cancelling the appointments and ask us to come as a walk in option. As a walkin patient have to wait 4 to 6 hours. I don't know the doctors mind set, whether they are thinking patient waiting this long duration will lead bad health condition. Or they are thinking patient are came for picnic.

If you make a complaint to the management also, there will be no response and useless.

Had twice bad experience with gynecologists dept. With Dr. Rajalakshmi Srinivasan. I believe that More than medicines good environment and doctor's/Nurses good hospitality shall treat well the patients, which we cant expect here even single %.

My best advice, just ignore this kind of doctors/hospital.

Had a very good experience from Dr. Shalini Sagar ENT department Zulekha Hospital Dubai. I was sffering from Herpes Zoster. Had a very bad infection in the ear. Dr. Shalini Sagar, immediately understood the problem. She treated me so well. Highly indebted to her. She is so sweet amd polite in her talks that patient feel comfortable.
