Very bad experience I face here. Only one doctor and other staff shortage in RTA medical. Not get good facilities not werth.

Very rude staff the only person I found calm and polite was the doctor Thanks to Dr. Divya Joy & also the eye test person was very nice smooth and polite other than that like they were talking like we are begging or something and its crowded

I did my Root canal and replacement of missing teeth and making bridge.
All Done and i feel like a have set of New Teeth now at the age of 50.

Today I had bad experience with Zulekha medical centre. I want to show my child to Dr Gopal Upadhaya, Paediatrician. Excellent dr for treatment. Correct treatment always prescribed. Several times called in reception not answered. So I called Customer service around 11: 17 am, staff who answered my call. He told me, dr fully booked until 1 pm. U can go for walk-in until 12 pm. When I reached there no patient waiting for dr. Really I was surprised. 1 or 2 staff is enough to spoil hospital / clinic future. This is not my first experience, several times same situation I faced before. Good nursing care. More than 5 years I’m showing my kids same dr.

They are authorized testing center for medical assessment by RTA. Location of Zulekha Medical Center showing on maps is not accurate, needs to be organize. It's entrance is between two buildings, located on first floor and lift is also available. Main problems I faced there was NO TOKEN SYSTEM, people are coming and getting in line without having proper information. Second problem was too many persons were available for same service that day, so it's very difficult in getting proper service. Third problem was when i handed over my driving license to them and due to limited space they asked me to wait for hour in waiting room which is next to reception area but they called name when your turn comes. It's very difficult to hear the name because too much noise in waiting room. In some rooms air conditioning was not working properly.
I hope management will look for solutions on priority basis.
Although STAFF was very much calm and efficient. Last but not least the person who gave me assessment copy was very cooperative

Very inefficient. You have to follow up every minute or they’ll just forget you existed.
You can actually stay there till 3am without saying anything and they won’t care.
Also, they’re a small clinic so you constantly get this feeling that they’re gonna try and make more money out of you.

Very good dental treatment available in Zulekha clinic. I am facing problem from Last 15Years but now I am fully satisfied with the treatment.

We visited zuleka diagnostic centre for some urgent test, even if it was there closing time lab staff (indian staff) agreed to take my blood sample, and assured that they will send the report by mail on next day.special Thanks to all the staff to helped us during the emergency situation.highly recommended diagnostic centre.

I have a phobia for Doctors. But here at ZMC, Dr Gulrez (dentist) made me feel so comfortable n put me at ease, that I forgot I was meeting a doctor. My RCT had a few sessions, and I didn't even realize I was looking forward to seeing her. Thank u Dr Gulrez n thanks to my friend Sajan who introduced me to her. The staff there are very friendly and courteous too. Ample parking space is available behind the building.

I am Deena. From Jan 2016 we have been visiting zulekha hospital/zulekha medical centre to date due to excellent service for speedy recovery. Recently we found two issues one is my daughter Nehaarika ear issue and another one (myself) is sinusitis. Soon after We went to zulekha hospial (weekly basis) /zulekha medical centre (very often) met ENT surgeon Dr. Shalini sagar to overcome this issues. We diagnosed both of us and as per Dr.shalini sagar advise first we had undergone for ear surgery to my daughter and succeeded. Now my daughter is fine and recovered from ear issue as the same I had undergone for nose surgery on last week and also slowly recovering now. In my over all view is Dr.shalini sagar made an excellent and satisfactory service and the way to explained us our issues and provided the solution was amazing. My entire family was very happy and we once again thankful to Dr. Shalini sagar ENT surgeon for her wholehearted services.
