Had our favored Miso Black Cod and Wagyu Beef and salmon tartare. Also our favorite crab salad and shrimp tempura - I have to highlight that Mr. Arthur the floor manager was such an amazing host to us and made sure we had such a wonderful experience, much appreciation to his kindness.
Go on, treat yourself to a culinary experience 2nd to none!
Every aspect of the Zuma experience is pure class, from arriving at the lobby downstairs where you knew you were into something special, to the table staff who were highly knowledgeable, friendly with an attention to detail, to the tsunami of food courses which were both visually courses matched by a palatable experience, and just when you thought it couldn't get any better, it was rounded off with a series of desserts that were breathtaking all of which deposited themselves straight to your hips but it's worth every second.
I love this place. Here twice already. Tasty. The sound is high quality, I like the music. The contingent is amazing! The prices are decent, Japanese cuisine is the best
What an absolute gem! I had an amazing dining experience there. The ambiance is chic and inviting, the service is top-notch, and the food is an absolute delight. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole evening memorable. I can't wait to go back!
Easily one of the best restaurants in the city, and have yet to find any dish on their menu that is not delicious Love their charred edamame, Beef tataki with truffle, and the beef maki rolls
Went for a quick lunch, the options are really good and generous, the wagyu steak perfectly cooked served with truffle sauce and ponzu, service was quick and great, loved every bit of it.
I have been going to this place for more than ten years now and it has always been consistent in terms of food quality, service and ambiance. It's expensive, but it truly worths it. A must in fine dining in Dubai.
Average brunch, its more like a set menu with takeaway wooden chopsticks. Expect great service at the start, but as the afternoon progresses they start limiting your food and drinks. The food was flavourful but when you request additional items they tell you to wait so that you can experience the full course of flavours (that's fair) but then later they no longer have or it is finished. Really disappointing. Would not recommend for a brunch. There are much better food brunch options in Dubai.
Zuma didn't disappoint. Everything on point, really good advice on both the menu and wine list. They didn't push us to leave the table (we even had it 30min longer) and had some great cocktails in the bar after with a nice vibe going on there!
Hi been trying to call since yesterday but no one is answering the linve.do you have any other contact #? I also sent a message thru your website form but no response since yet.

Spectacular vibes and even more spectacular food. The steak was indescribable! We tried a new dessert but I’m not entirely sure what it’s called, it consisted of sweet potato ice-cream and caramel wafer, it was so so delicious!
We went to Zuma for lunch w colleagues to celebrate birthdays and wedding anniversaries. This place serves Japanese cuisine. It is incredible. Atmosphere and vibes are pleasant. The servers were attentive to customer’s needs. Every meal I ate left a gastronimical experience. And since it was my first time to try it there, I went w what were recommended.
We had 2 starters and 1 main course (inclusive of miso soup) and had one or 2 a la carte orders. We had a salad, cold dishes and signature dishes. The hotpot mushroom risotto was exceptionally tasty! By the time that order came, I already had my fill but I still tried it and it did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend that dish.
Even it was lunch time, we had wine and cocktail because why not?:) Chili passionfruit martini was my fave! A must-try! Overall, Zuma is really great for value of money. I’d definitely come back.
I was here for the 1st time 4.5 years ago and I remember how delicious was food. This time I was disappointed a bit. I ordered chicken wings with herbs and lime. They were oversalted. And they did not smell really good. Tofu was much better. Zuma has tiny choice of beer. Asahi and one more (kind of ale). Do you know that Japanese beer is really good thing and they actually have plenty of beer brands. Japanese drink beer ever day and it goes perfectly with sushi and sashimi. So why do you have such a bad choice of it in Japanese restaurant?
Unfortunately not the Zuma that I know.we came for drinks and every 5 minutes we get an awful smell of fish cooked. The music and atmosphere were amazing.
I have tried Zuma in Istanbul, and wanted to see here as well. I did not disappoint at all. Food was really good, and the staff were very kind. I went there 2 times! Every starter and main course dish faultless and above the competition (nobu, hakkasan etc.) Staff always running around to top up your drink and clear plates - attentive without being overbearing. We can't wait to go back!
One of the best dining experiences to be had in Dubai. Zuma never disappoints, the quality is always high, in food and in service. The atmosphere is brilliant, vibrant and lively. The chilled out beats only help to make it a great spot for a night out to dine. The food is delicious, all thriller and no filler. Constantly amazed by the consistency of the cuisine here. A culinary highlight and a must when in Dubai.
I wanted to give more like a 2.5 but I am unsure how to do so. Food was very mixed, being heavy and oily or delicious. But where they did mess up it was horrible. The corn was very very oily and hard to swallow without feeling sick, there was a potato dish that, after mashed with tons of lime, was hard to swallow because that lime along with the butter and oil that’s supposed to be there turned the potato soggy and just disgusting. I will say their desserts are pretty good, but for a full meal I would not come here.
Edit: My group did not see how good/bad the service at the bar was.
Well. I have to give a credit for the service and staff which they were nice. Atmosphere of place was also nice. Normal view. I dont like very low light restaurants, light should be more adequate The low rating actually is regarding the value compared to quality and quantity of food What is the point to go to a restaurant that you pay a lot of money but you still dont feel full stomach? ! Too expensive compared to portion of what we ordered and the taste also Example. Crab salad was barely any crabs in it! And taste wasnt good actually they ruined what crab salad is Sushi I ordered was very normal (I had much better in other restaurants) Tartar was good to look at but still was normal tatse I ordered passion fruit mixture which the whole mixture was wrong and taste below normal Still I was hungry so I ordered ribs.the ribs itself was good but the topping on it ruin it You may use a fine meats in your menu but if you dont know how to mix it with other ingredients then it's a total waste. I guess it's a place for who is looking for alcoholic drinks and to show off Food lovers stay away from here.
To the management of Zuma, am on holiday in Dubai for few days and all my freinds recommended Zuma, went with one of my freinds last Thursday, you have a bartender which is very rude serves only ladies and offer them free drinks, I understand that his job is to entertain ladies but we are guests as well, not sure if he is Italian or Spanish, the other tall guy white skin looks like Serbian is amazing thanks to him we managed to get few drinks.
Really great for lunch. The food is good, and the place has a nice atmosphere. The staff is nice and friendly. Quality is consistent with other branches as well.
Great good great place ok service but way over priced frankly. A ncie evening vibe and well located ideal for entertaining guests but at a very high cost as there are many other better options but their food is great so I suggest going once I a while
I want to specially thanks to a staff called (Jamilya). It was our first time visiting Zuma. I knew that in Hong Kong they also have one, but we didn’t have chance to visit the one in HK. The foods was so nice and the staff (Jamilya) she helped us to selected the menu based on our background and experience. All her choice was so matched to us! If we order without her help, I’m sure we may have wrong choice. I highly recommend the lamb and beef After our first experience with Zuma Dubai, I’m sure I’ll visit Zuma Hong Kong in coming future!
