I recently booked doctor visit at my home from Zydus health care. To my surprise, they are really fast. As they committed, Zydus Doctor reached my home in just half an hour.

Doctor Arfa and nurse Dimpal were professional and guided me transparently about treatment.

Avoid Zydus. Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. We gave the sample for the rtpcr test, but didn't get the report till the time of travel. And that was well beyond 12 hours.

Had booked for blood test with them. Their lab technician Namita service was excellent she came on time. Did a good job

Meghna was taking care of me today for PCR test. She was very helpful and very polite and kind and looked very professional to me.

Meghna was professional, quick and efficient.

However, the person who sent the results only provided 2 of the 3 result pages. I had to follow up a few days later and ask for the full report. So angry.

The doctor on duty was absolutely amazing, never had such a better experience. He really went out of his way to make me feel the best.

Uzma was absolutely amazing! I have been suffering from BPPV for a couple of years now and recently had a new episode. I am new in Dubai and was really worried I wouldn’t be able to find a good therapist to help with my condition. Thankfully Uzma was recommended to me and she was even able to come to my home to do the necessary physical therapy I required.
