اسوء شركة توصيل اخذو طلب مني تاريخ27/12 ولاعطوني ايصال قال لي المندوب لازم تتصل على خدمة العملاء وهم بيرسلون لك مرتين اتصل وكل شوي يقولو بنرسل عالايميل وقبل شوي اتصلت قالو الرقم ماعليه اي شحنة

أسوأ شركة توصيل ،، عندهم تأخر في التوصيل وعدم التواصل مع العميل بشكل جيد أرجو من البنوك والجهات الرسمية عدم التعامل معهم في التوصيل لأن العميل ينْذلّ حتى تصل الشحنه وآخرها يطلبون منه مراجعة الفرع أو الرجوع للجهة

كل مره يتاخرون ولا يلتزمون بالمواعيد وفوق هذا يقولون السبب لم يتم الرد من قبل العميل واقسم بالله انهم لا اتصلوا ولا وصلوا وكله جذب
وتشتكي وماشي فايده

نهاية الشركة هذي قربت لان اغلب المتاجر حاليا عندها مشكله مع الشركة هذي

من أسوأ شركات الشحن. الشحنة تنتقل من دبي إلى الفجيرة وتبقى يومين أو أكثر ثم يشحنونها لك. ليش اشحنوها دايركت ليش كل هالتعقيد. وإذا عندك شحنتين تتأخر الأولى حتى تشحن مع الثانية. وإذا عندك شوب آند شيب يزيدون من الوزن حتى تدفع أكثر. وأيضا يزيدون من الضريبة.

أسوء خدمة وتعامل. لي اسبوع وانا انتظر الشحنة توصل لي. علماً بانها موجوده بالفرع من اسبوع. عدم وجود المصداقيه

You calling my number and you speak Arabic and make choices press blah blah.this I don't like.

Now aramex is offering degrees and certificates attestation from MoFa with very fast delivery service.

اسوء شركة من وجهة نظري ونظر 80% من الشعب، اتمنى تسكرونها باسرع وقت او تعدلون مواعيدكم وقوانينكم التعقيديه، وصارو حتى مايخلون الاوادم ترد علينا لانهم عارفين هم شكثر مستفزين

Didn’t receive my shipment on time. I received a message to go online and enter address and time of delivery i selected the date but no delivery then received another message to select the date and failed to deliver. Will go to their office and hopefully can pick it up.

Didn't have any issues collection my documents. Staff were courteous - office is a little small though. Standing room only.

Worst Experience. No updates on the shipments, no tracking info available, and bad customer service (except the delivery guy).

This afternoon I went to Aramex Fujairah to send documents to the UAE Embassy in the USA for Attestation. Aramex is specifically named as the courrier agent for this service on the online portal of MOFAIC. The Aramex receptionists, a man and a woman, told me that they can only send the documents. But they did not agree that I also pay for the documents to be returned back to me after attestation. Fortunately, I recently made such return arrangements with other more versatile courrier services such as DHL and Emirates Post. I will seek their services instead of Aramex.

Worst experience with this Stupid currier service. Struggling from last one month to track the shipment. Hope this Haramix will shutdown soon.

Not taking into account people's circumstances and time conditions and they don't tell you the exact time to deliver your order The workers are very bad

Worst delivery system no time windows to choose from only 9am to 6pm as you will stay all day for your package and even after choosing and stay home wasting your time no come or show up or even follow up with a call

If ordering something from anywhere and you find out aramex is delivering better to cancel don't waste your time

Aramex if your reading this, I request you to deliver my parcel as it's pending with you for more than 20 days. I contacted you through every channel but you never entertain me. This is something I have never experienced in my whole life. Please help me and deliver my package.

One of my worst experiences with a courier company.
The driver lies about not carrying ID so he doesn't drive into my gated community and just leaves my packages at the security gate. This is a recurring issue - 3 times!

I must say that it's one the most trusted delivery company I have ever seen. I just called them last week to go to Abudhabi and pick my passport. They did it so smoothly and my passports were delivered to my company accommodation on Saturday. Bravo Aramex

خدماتهم سيئة جدا عدم الأخطار قبل التوصيل وعدم الالتزام بالمواعيد ويوصلون على كيفهم بدون مراعاة لظروف الناس او دواماتهم انا حصل معاي اكثر من موقف مش موقف واحد اخبرهم يعطوني خبر قبل بيوم عشان اكون جاهزة للاستلام
حضراتو مندوبهم جاييني وأنا في الدوام مصر ألا يسلم الشحنة في وقت مزعج ومكان غير مناسب لان الشحنة كانت طرد كرتون ما ينفع اخليه معاي في الدوام اضطريت أمشيه وما استلم اغراضي وزعلت جدا لأنو قال لي بسلمهم تاني يوم في البيت وراح ولا رجع

I ordered some clothes from centrepoint 2 days before and supposed to be delivered today but didn't receive on time and called the service centre they are telling to wait.i never come across such a irresponsible delivery service.very bad service by the Aramex.

Very very bad expires today 1pm afternoon two time I call to aramex. I what courier Khorfakkan to Dubai they are confirmed me and they are give reference number and all. They are told me with in 2 hours they will come and collect. But still evening they are not contact me. After I 5.00pm I call to aramex they are told me courier boy coming there they will collect. Now I am again connect aramex they are told me this reference number wrong and my name and phone number also check they are told not booked to courier anything my name and phone. Too much bad expirence and they are spoiled my time

They did not even deserve one star, even a high rating for them is zero.very bad job! I called 10 times to find out where my order is.what is the funny thing is that the Filipino woman answered me, and since she was chewing talking to me, she put me on hold every time.lie that the recipient does not answer, although no one called.very bad service!

Had the worst of my experience with this branch, have been trying to call them since 3 days and all i get is nothing but a promise of getting my shipment delivered tomorrow and so far that tomorrow hasn't come till date, very poor customer service, they hardly receive calls out of 10 calls i did maybe twice they did receive and if they say they will get back they never do. Have been a customer with aramex since couple of years but next time will think twice before referring them or opting them for any courier. A guy named Erwin was very helpful and clear to what he spoke today so hoping i get my shipment tomorrow fingers crossed!

Very Very Poor Service. No Use. Taking one to two week to deliver any item from dubai to fujairah.
Dont go for aramex.

Bad service, i had to pay twice to collect my delivery? ! Because of system error since last March? ! And no refund until now which is supposed to be only 2 days according to them? !

I send my original liscence for renewal from fujairah to karachi and they lost my document never Gave it to the person and dont know whom they have given it. Am extremely disappointed and upset

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I NEVER GOT THE ITEM TO MY HOUSE, EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE, THEY WILL CALL ONE OR TWO TIME THAT THEY WILL GIVE THE ITEM BUT NEVER COME, HORRIBLE, BAD BAD BAD

بصراحة تعامل سيء للغاية ويتعمدون يخلون الطلبية عندهم عشان يجبرونك تروح المكتب تستلمها، على الرغم من انك دافع مبلغ التوصيل. يتعمد السائق عدم تسليمك الشحنة ويكتب في النظام بأن العميل لم نتمكن من التواصل معه وكله كذب. هم والامبوست نفس الطينة
Very bad company, bad communications, not responding to the calls, keep ignoring u to force you to go to their office to collect the shipment. Never deal with them again

بحياتي ما شفت خدمة تعبانه مثل خدمة ارامكس تقييمي لهم زيرو يستلمون الشحنة من الجهة ويخلونها عندهم ولا يسلمون العميل صارلي شهر ونص ما استلمت شحنتي واتصل محد يرد على التلفون للاسف كل اللي اقدر اقوله انهم ابدا ما ينفعون خدمتهم تعبانه لابعد الحدود

I paid for pickup service online, then the courier asked me to pay again! Because it was written cash on delivery? ! I showed him the amount dedicated from my credit card by aramex? ! I had to pay again in order to collect my things! He took my email and copy of bank massage and i am waiting an explanation from aramex since 4 days now.no reply! Very bad service.

The worst service ever. I have shipment and it takes more than 2 weeks to deliver. I’m still waiting!

سئ للغاية قدمت الى الفرع ٣ مساء وكان اذدحام كبير خارج المحل وقدمت الخماسة والنصف كذلك كان العديد من المراجعين وبطئ شديد وقدمت الساعة ال ٧ كذلك اذدحام ندمت للتعامل مع ارامكس
