They were not cooperative with the customer. The amount of money was more important than the customer’s safety because they did not understand the conditions of the weather condition in the country and did not cancel the reservation. The Supervisor was very treated poorly.

We stay 2 nights at this apartment it is amazing it is very clean nice place the only problem is that they don't change the bed sheets other then that its amazing Great service and special Thanks to Mr Yazan

Address Resort Apartments and Hotel are located in Dibba it is one of the excellent choices in this area and it has many facilities that you can enjoy

Worst place I ever stayed in:
I booked the apartment under the impression that it is a 3 bedroom apartment, as described in the Booking website. The description is provided by the owner or his/her agent. When I arrived at the property I found out that it is actually a 2 bedroom apartment Plus a maid room. The maid room is like a prison cell, you can't even call it a room. The other 2 bedrooms are very small compared to the rate. In each room there is only one 330 ml bottle of water, beside a third bottle placed under the TV in the living room, there's no water in the maid room. The kitchen and living room are actually One room. There are no tissue boxes in the whole apartment except one tissues roll in the kitchen. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom except towels racks. The waste basket in my main bedroom is very tiny, I threw the empty 330 ml bottle of water and it was almost full.
If you order anything from the Hotel, in the same property under the same Chain Hotel brand name, you have to pay extra delivery charges, in addition to the listed menu prices.

المكان جميل وهادي. المرافق نظيفه والاستقبال كان جيد. بس بعض الخدمات لا تتوفر مثل خدمة الغرف او توفير بعض الاحتياجات الا برسوم معينه. اول مره اصادف فندق بهذي السياسة الغريبة

BED BUGS
Me and my friend stayed here for a Week and we got bed bugs. We had to throw away all of our clothes. Also the apartment was not nearly clean and the shower was leaking. The towel they provided us smelled old and like cigarettes. The owner didn‘t care at all.

An ideal experience to spend the first wedding anniversary, the service is more than wonderful and the pool is beautiful and quiet, It would be better if it added activities and entertainment
