قبل كانوا محطين بنات البلاد عندهم اسلوب راقي شلوا عيال الدار حطوا هذيل الي اذا دقت حصاه ؏ حصاه ربع بلاده حسافه بالتوطين و الله

تعيس للغايه يجب تغير كل الانظمه الموجوده
يجب وضع بريد كل شخص علا منزله الخاص وعند وصول اي طرد يتم ادخال في حاويه منزله نرجوا الاتقدم في هذا المجال.

من أسوء مراكز البريد في الامارات نطلب شحنات على صندوق بريدنا وتوصل الشحنة ولا فيه حد يتواصل معانا! ويوم رحت اراجع قالو فيه خطأ صار من عندنا واتصل على امبوست ويوم اتصلت على امبوست قالو لي انته رفضت تستلم الشحنة! مع انه ما فيه حد اتواصل معاي بالاساس! خدمة سيئة جدا وفلوسنا ندفعها على الفاضي

I had a very nice experience on my two visits here. Went to deliver my passports for stamping and the staff were very pleasant. In fact on my second visit their system was down but their staff Mr. Nadeem and Ali went out of their routine and accepted my passports and later on forwarded me the AWB once their system was up. Rare to see such customer friendly organisations these days. Keep it up!

My document was stucked in Dubai sorting center with reason of incomplete address I have visited several times the branch and I have contacted the call centers team and their response was very lazy and disappointed until I met the staff Yaseen.he help me to deliver my shipment to the home within 2 working days as he promised I really take this chance to appreciate his effort and dedication

I used to visit in evening the staff Yaseen was so quick and accurate for clearing the customers comparing to other staff. Excelled services provided by Him

ياليت السكيورتي السوداني هو يداوم على الكاونتر بدال الموظفه الي بالكاونتر الاول لانه شخص خلوق ومحترم ويعرف يحترم ويتعامل مع الناس 4-مايو -21 صباحا

للاسف خدمة فاشله ومواعيد التوصيل كاذبه وغير صحيحه ويتاخرون في التوصيل وعندما اتصل لمكتب بريد الامارات الرئيسي للفجيرة يقول لي ليس لديهم رقم تواصل مع المندوب الخارج لتوصيل الطلبيه ؟!

Afternoon shift Very bad customer service.the staff was very arrogant.he dont know the delivery charge so he didn't accept the envelope then he told us to come next day.
