All staffs are very accommodating. The clinic is clean and in order. Test results are received electronically thru website with the link provided. Thumbs up!

Really upset with the Gynecology Department. No proper attention from the Doctor for the concerns shared. I really felt bad and changed consultation to another clinic.

Staff are so accommodating, and hospitable Easy to approach. Ms. Jessica in the reception area is so friendly.

severe pain in the abdomen on Tuesday, September 2023. But my medical problem was

Too much severe pain I had on my left bigtoe. Nail removal was done by Dr. Shifa Anish. Went to another hospital before. But they were not willing to remove the nail there. I am happy for the treatment from Dr. Rohit was given to me. My knee pain sinced 2 months was gone, within one week. The exercised and medicine he was given to me are very helpful. Excellent service compared to other big wig hospitals in Fujairah. Doctors know their job and treat patients with care and concern. They listen to the problem rather than simply prescribe medicines. They cure rather than simply advertise. I am a regular here since the time I first conceived.

We feel very bad experience in aster Fujairah.we take 7pm appointment but when we reach reception we know that there is no appointment. Receptionist told to us sit. After 30 min we again ask with reception again she told to sit.after 50min we again we ask in reception and then she secrhing file on her table and given token. We too dissatisfied with receptionist, she not speak properly and she not behave like customer friendly.

We have an amazing experience with Aster Clinic Fujairah since last 3 years, I appreciate the dedication and attentiveness of all the staffs from Aster Fujairah, Specifically Dr. Jasheer, & Dr Abdul Nazeer & Mr Shreeraj and all the front desk staffs. They are very cooperative and the environment is very neat and clean. Aster Clinic is the best Clinic in Fujairah and I recommend for Aster clinic to feel the difference.

Im realy disappointed today. I visited several times and always got good service and proper counseling but today i check up with name called kailash kumar lokhande he is the worst doctor i dont even want to place dr in front of his name. He doesnt know how to talk to patient. Im sorry but yes once again im really sad. I doubt even if he is a certified doctor or not. Other staffs and one malyalum doctor us best i forget his name. He is very helpful. But kaliash kumar lokhande is full of anger cant ease the patient properly.

Overall experience is excellent. Staffs are really helpful. Especially the staff named Mr. Sreeraj in the front receptionist is excellent. It's very difficult to see people like him in this world helping the people who needs help. And last to mention the new manager who personally comes to each patients asking whether they need any help.thats quite rare
I should give 10/10 for Mr. Sreeraj.

For the past five years am very regular to aster clinic fujairah, its an elite place with good ambiance with friendly staff and doctors.

Evenings are bit rush compare to morning, consultation with a prior appointment can manage your time especially in evenings.

From my personal experience at Aster Clinic Fujairah, its quality healthcare with affordable price.

Kindly request you to appointment some good stays in your front office desk. It has look more than 30 mins for an appointment in your Fujhairah medical center. And that to pediatrics.
And I would like to know if you have special Consideration for the patients who had relationship with your staffs.it’s total strange and unethical and against the noms of MOH
