I recently had an outstanding experience at DHL Fujairah, thanks to an employee named Mr FARID His professionalism and exceptional customer service skills were truly impressive.
Mr FARID went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating patience and expertise in handling my queries and shipments. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I am extremely pleased with the support I received and would highly recommend DHL Fujairah to anyone in need of reliable and efficient courier services and also the prices he has a wonderful helpful man with a amazing smile.

The DHL branch in Fujairah provides excellent service. I received the documents from Turkey, and they arrived in just three days, thanks to the DHL service. The shipping was quick, and the documents arrived in good condition. Thanks to Mr Mahmood Farid, a DHL employee, for his kind service; he did an excellent job explaining procedures and assisting me, as this was my first visit to the DHL. I highly recommend everyone who wishes to use shipping services by delivering or receiving items, to choose DHL Services. It is well worth it!

Service was bad I was call DHL around 2: 40Pm to send some document to Abu Dhabi. Service center girl who answer me informed 4pm - 6pm someone come and pickup the document till I call again nobody was saw up it was really emergency that why I choice DHL but really disappointing

It is equally very fine delivery company. I used to see their employees at DXB. It's cheap interms of payment/ charges on parcels or documents delivered.

Very very professional staff. They guy over the counter helped me alot to send documents to Pakistan and it was so fast, got it next day.

I ORDERED A CAKE FROM FNP, but thy did not deliver the cake on time. Thy said they will return the order.

My name is Lutchmee, I am writing to tell you of the Excellent service I received at DHL Fujairah Towers counter. I contacted Mr Mahmoud Farid via phone call to ask about a delivery to UAE from Kuwait, he advised me on the procedures. They were simple and easy to follow for myself and the person my huge package was coming from. We followed the procedures. I was entirety amazed when within 4 days my package arrived at the Fujairah DHL counter.
This was really Outstanding Service Recieved! I will be advising all my friends and colleagues abd definitely be returning again! Thank you Mr Farid and DHL!
