The service is excellent. The staffs are very accomodating. The treatment is really effective and result was great. Their products are the best, I really love their nourisher and sunscreen.

This clinic offers bespoke and personalised care and service for all of your skincare needs. The doctors I saw really made me feel comfortable and that they had my best interests and they listened to what i needed and wanted to improve on regarding my skin issues. I felt very safe and secure during every treatment and every consultation i had the doctors explained everything in detail so that i was assured of the process and i felt safe. The staff through the whole clinic are very friendly, very warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend you visit this clinic if you have any skincare issues or concerns and go for a consultation as it will be the best thing you do and the results of my treatments have been exceptional!

Highly not recommended. Rude and highly unprofessional behaviour from the employees. Instead of working with the patient to find a solution to the problem faced by the patient they are always trying to prove that their treatment has no problem and it's perfect. They took the entire treatments money from me in the beginning which included 4 sessions after 3 sessions i had a meeting with the doctor and after telling my current problems with the doctor, the doctor started shouting at me and trying to humiliate me Instead of providing a solution to my current problems. I didn't want to continue the session even though I paid for it because i believe that self respect and dignity is more important than money.

Worst experience with kaya clinic Fujairah. After buying medicines for acne worth thousand dirham, whole face was damaged and had to take antibiotics. They did not return the money or no other treatment was suggested. Only they advised to continue the medicines and the effect was same. Better not to choose kaya for any types of medical treatment. High cost medicines did nothing only spoiled health, after all tried a simple facewash from outside shop worth 15 dirham worked well. Don't trust these type of treatment with them they are doing experiment on patients face.

أحب تعامل مديرة المركز مع الفريق ك أصدقاء وهي كذلك معانا. وأحب أمانة وصدق الدكتورة رشا وشغلها راااائع وإيدها خفيفه تبارك الرحمن.
ليزر، ديرمابين، إبرة النظارة، تقشير، إبرة إذابة الدهون، تنظيف البشرة.
أنصح بها دااااااائماً وتقديري وحبي لهم️️️️️

Very friendly staffs with atmost professionalism. Did my laser hair removal and really happy from the first session itself. Good packages as well.

اسوء تجربة مريت فيها بهدا المركز على مستوى بوتكوس ما ظبط عندون وبياخدو اغلى من اي مركز تاني
ولما ما حصلت عنتيجة اشتكيت للإدارة والإدارة عطتني موعد ليصلحو النتيجة رجعو دفعوني مرة تانية
اذا بوتكس ما ظبط كيف لو شي اجراء دقيق

Even the laser is not too bad, but the price too high compared to Dubai and Sharjah clinics

One more annoying fact about this clinic:
They need a basic qualifies in
1- customer service
2- how to respond kindly to the people.
3- speaking politely.
