Before deliver the order the mentioned order delivered status. Contact numbers are invalid unable to track the orders. Too bad service.

Food preparation is very poor. Taste is not good particularly Red hot twister, potato fries are very dry not crispy.

My experience wasn't good when it comes to service but the chicken is great. I ordered food and they served after 35 minutes approximately. And when they served it, it is in take away pack supposedly that's dine in.

Very Bad Customer Service. Staff doesn't speak English well and doesn't even understand British accent English. Most staffs are from Philippine, Nepal. And KFC is not like real KFC its like normal cafeteria chicken. Making more mistakes in orders. Very Bad KFC in Lulu Mall & Hamad street, 16 building.
I suggest not to order KFC in Fujairah branch they all make mistakes in delivery your order and very bad customer service Philippines doesn't know how to speak to customer, raising voice on customer & delaying orders.

Looks like kfc don't care about complains nor customers.
I placed an order through the call center on Saturday 10th of sebtember 8pm from fujairah hamad bin Abdullah branch.picked the order and went away with my family to eat in a park.
1- spicy fries was not the usual at all, it was full of black pepper that it hurts your face.
2- as usual an item is missing from my order and this time it was missing the garlic sauce (this sauce is the reason I order from kfc).
My kids started dinner while I'm angry complaining to the call center and the process of complaining between calls took more than twenty minutes for the branch to call me, a lady contacted me saying"ohsorry we will send you the garlic sauce now" which is not acceptable because the kids finished dinner and the food was too cold for me to start eating.
I went to the branch and was furios and screaming, the manager was telling me sorry its a mistake, my answer was "sorry is no longer valid after so many mistakes, you always make the same mistake" usually you offer to compensate and I refuse because a mistake can happen.but this time I was determined to be compinsated because you ruined my family day. I told the manager that I'm extremely angry and I left my phone number and name and I ask him to call me the next day to fix the problem in a civilised way rather than screaming in the shop. I still did not get any call until today. I no longer need any compensation tha ks for the wrost customer service ever. [)

صراحة الواحد ما يعرف شنو يقول مرة المطعم بيكوون بافضل حالاته واكل طيب وشهي ومرة باخذ من عندهم طاعم زي زفت وقرف القلي تحس كانك تاكل شي محروق ،،، اتمنى الاخذ بالنظر واااعتبار خدمة عملاء طيبين ودودين ولكن في اخطاء بالطبخ والادراة مرة تعبانه ،، اتمنى التحديث والتنظيم وتقديم طعاام جيد الطهي ، حرام كل شي زين بس الطعام صلحوووه

I was not able to bring enough cash so i decided to pay the other in my card but the cashier refused and told me its not possible to pay card and cash at the same time.the worst thing is this senior crew telling me if i dont have cash in showing a mad face.its like i felt insulted for telling me that “why you dont have money? ”. Lastly i just want to share that payment in cash and card is possible at the same time.the store is different.customer service - rating 2

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The sales person at the counter was not at all cooperative and had his own terms and conditions. We had waited for almost for 8
mins and still the sales person was not bothering us. After that we had ordered a dinner meal and snack box. While he was taking our order suddenly he is telling the chicken was finished. And actually the chicken was there and he had lied us. And the chicken was took by the delivery person. Very very very bad experience……

Well food is fine just the restaurant itself like I think they are having crew shortages due to many tables so dirty haven't been clean compared to the other branch

No cups, no buns, first time facing such a experience n I don't think this worth 135 AED.
Besides it's like cheating the costumers. So inworthy.

Unfriendly Staffs aren’t willing to work and divert tasks among themselves, really bad customers services, tables are dirty, had 3 annoying flies flying around the table while eating, so gross, my last visit to that branch

No AC since long time and no paper for bill in the self order machine everytime I go.wake up guys.

This not my first experience. Unfortunately some of the staff are disrespectful, the prices varies and they don't give you the receipt unless you ask for it. Most of the time they give you the wrong order (not the same exactly the same what you ordered for). Sometimes the food is oily and it has been fried for long time.

Worst experience, the A/C is not working in this hot weather, the quality of food is gone down, oily and very small pieces and the prices are gone up. Will never suggest anyone for KFC from now onwards.

I ordered non-spicy food which I repeated four times and when I left that KFC the food is a spicy and I’m allergic to spicy food she almost killed me people like her shouldn’t be at these places

Worst branch of KFC in UAE. The manager is so disrespectful and vulgar. And the food is either not well done or burned. Besides their service is too slow.

Nowadays very buay because of no parking in the area and i think there is only drive through, dine in not yet started. Please call and check with them.

Loved with Staff behavior and Service. Weekly Offers on every Monday.
Also offers Online Order and Takeaway.
Better Seating place and ambiance.

Very poor service, when compared to other outlets of different Emirates.
Hesitating to even provide napkins after buying a bucket of chicken pieces

الخدمة داخل الصاله جيده، ولكن الديلفري سيء جدا، دائما يصل متأخر والاكل بارد، الاسوأ من ذلك عندما تتصل بالفرع عند تأخير الموظف تكون الاجابه، خمس دقائق ويكون الموظف عندك،، والخمس دقائق غالبا ما بين ساعه وساعتين الاربع

Fast service but the staff always forget to deliver the complete order. Most of the times they forget to give some of the items ordered.

Cons: They only accept cash and have no grill kfc.

Pros: Place is calm and clean. Have enough area to eat with families.

الدجاج سيئ جدا وكيف يعقل أن اعطيكم 50ريال سعودى الموظفه تقول لى بأن ال 50ريال ستكون بى 45 درهم لا يعقل

Staff needs real KFC training. Dined on 11th June 19 around 9.30pm none of the floor staff were customer service oriented. So ignorant in taking order.
Come on ladies put a little smile on your face when taking an order or serving.
***by the way we were only the customers when we came in and there is no other customers in there***
