The best dine in experience here in Fujairah Rotana! The food are excellent and world class from breakfast to dinner! The customer service are absolutely excellent and extremely exceptional! The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the waitress name Ms. Nora from Cameron. She always make it appoint she can provide what we wants and she’s very friendly not just to us but to our daughter. And she always gave us the sweetest smile in a very busy day. Thanks for the best experience and good food especially during the whole Eid vacation we spent here.

When it comes to food and service Rotana is the place to be. We had a dinner buffet there, the food quality was good and the service also was good. However the food options had been reduced in comparison to pre COVID time. I assume due to COVID. They are taking all precautions related to COVID and they will be pouring the food in your plate.

The restaurant is one of the best i went in dibba fujairah, food was tasty with lots of varieties, international, restaurant atmosphere was quiet relaxing not too much crowded, Buffett, clean and there is inside and outside seating area, the restaurant in one of my favorite hotels

Food options are limited. Beverages are limited as well. Service is great. It's a buffet restaurant in the hotel lobby. The ambiance is nice.

The quality of both breakfast and dinner buffet does justify the price you pay for. It’s really disappointing that the food in this restaurant is so far for any other Rotana’s. It is the second time after a couple of years and even then we had some concerns, but now seems that it is getting worse.
Management needs to see this.
