This Nesto Hypermarket located in a beautiful place in Fujairah. Very calm and quiet area. Not very busy area

The amount of supplies there is endless. So any things to buy and is one good place for first time grocery shopping

There are no enough workers in poultry (chicken and meat) area.always waiting more than 40 mints to get the chiken.even today also i waited for long time more than 45 mints.

Nesto remains very attractive option if it comes to shopping. Several discounts offers are available around the year for customers to buy cheap. Moreover a good welcoming staff is there to attend you all the time.

Nesto is situated in Fujairah Mall and its an average market.the prices compared to other malls are cheap and they have lot of offers. The only thing is it lilttle bit of congested wherre the electronic items are. Not that spacious enuff. The grilled chicken is their USP as it is merely for 10aed. Over all its an ok place.

Much improved Displays specially infront of entrance we visited last week after anniversary promotion now its bit easy to access the sections. Why u dint made those changes before anniversry promotion? Why you dint realize before we were stucked almost 2 hour anyway still need alot of improvments

The market is perfect. Pricing is amazing. Shelf staff and managers are polite and helpful.
The one area where basic training and manners lack is Customer Service Counter. Are they to fetch bags and flirt with eachother or to do their job? Ask them any questions regarding promotion, point redemption or missing items. They are the masters in finding the quickest and rudest excuses you would ever hear in your life. They even make it a point to blame you for not knowing what's going on at their store! Please Managers. Stop Recruiting customer service staffs based on your footfall community. But knowledge as well.
I regret visiting Nesto - fujairah just because of the Customer Care Counter.
