A good place but barely any employees, No general hygiene as we found bugs crawling over our table.

Very bad experience. No body clean used table, we had to choose to sit in 1st floor. After waiting 10minutes, there was still no any staff came. Thereofe We downstaired to order, After we told the staff what we want they told us we have to order on the 1st floor. Then we had to back to 1st floor and wait another5minutes. Very poor service. Besides that, the toilet was extremely extremely disgusting, wet ilused tissue every where!

المكان جميل مكون من دورين اعيب عليه انه ما يوجد في الدور الارضي دوره المياه او مكان الغسيل تضطر انك تسير فوق عشان تغسل ايدك.

It was a terrible experience
We do visit this branch regularly
But this time was terrible
We ordered big family meal in which we got 3 medium pizza along with sides and drinks
But we got cold pizza with nearly no toppings to see
We had to wait for hours to get our salad it came after we were done swallowing the cold pizza
There was no one to listen to us.
Really upset this time

Restaurant manager name Arnold was very rude. We don’t actually need special treatment but at least give your good service to the customers.

Regular customer. Always had good experience. Nice taste and reasonable price. Only filipina staffs are good and welcoming to customers others are just ok.

مطعم جميل والخدمة ممتازة لكن في يوم العروض مدة استلام الطعام تصل لخمسة وخمسون دقيقة، لكن الطعم أكثر من رائع

One of the worst pizza hut branches in the world.
Always you will get pizza with nothing no chicken no meat no vegetables only some tomatoes and cheese. I hope pizza close this branch.

One of the worst pizza hut branches in the UAE, everytime I get a pizza from here, it literally drips oil, I mean I can fry the pizza with the oil on it. Actually, I wouldn't call it a pizza, I would rather call it dough with a bit of cheese, it doesn't matter what type of pizza you order, because you will always get a pizza with some cheese, no shrimp, no chicken, no vegetables.nothing.

Pizza hut as usual one of best. The thing i like in this particular branch is how much friendly the team is! Highly recommended

Coin flip of a fast food chain, half the time there's barely any cheese and it's mostly bread and the other half its comes perfectly fine

They have delicious pizzas and amazing meal offers. They have very good management and service but parking is a problem especially on weekends.

The staff was lovely and it has a really wide timetable.
However, I was surprised my margarita pizza had the tomato sauce over the cheese rather than on the base. It was still tasty.
I don’t know why they don’t have diet pepsy.

Had to wait hell lot of time even after ordering online. 2 limo pizzas were ready but garlic bread they did not make it ready. Instead we see them giving to other customers.

Very bad service. Check 20041. Order given at 6.39 pm. Pizza deliverd at 7.30 pm. About 40 mints. Very bad. No staff helping.

This is one of the first fastfood restaurants here. The road construction around it makes the place inaccesible at times.

Dine in facility available. As road work is going on, parking is behind the facility. Also there's no washroom. Need to visit nearby Hardees for the same.

Few years ago, the service and food of Pizza Hut was excellent. But recently it has gotten very bad. When I went in there yesterday, I ordered a 'Meal for two'. We got our plates and food in a really long time. The worst thing was that when we went home, we realized that we had not been served the potato wedges which was included in our package! We were also served the wrong drinks. The management was at its worst. They really do need more staff. The cleaners and cooks took the position of waiters when the chaos started increasing. The customers also started taking their own plates because there was no one to serve them. We were not given the basic things like tissues and straws. The taste is great but it's really torturous to wait for every little thing.

Good place to hangout with friends. The customer service is not up to the mark. Sometimes its better and at times its worst.
