I wish there could be rating less than 1 star. Extremely pathetic service, and very very unprofessional and bad behavior of driver in Fujairah branch.

أسوأ شركة توصيل مرة عليه وفوق شينهم قوات عينهم يأخرون توصيل الطلبيات عشان يحسبون ضريبة التوصيل مرتين وكلهم هنود من مديرهم لين سواقهم مافي مواطن نتوصل معاه نقدر نوقف هالحراميه عند حدهم

Guyd on duty was very helpful and it took me less than 2 minutes to process the courier parcel.

Very poor customer service. No initiative of calling their customer for the status of the delivery. It took me 5 days to get the payment and no one bother to call me nor answer my calls or my messages on whatsapp. They only reply when I am angry. Very unprofessional. Will not use this courier anymore.

Worst company.never use their service. Rude staff & have no idea about anything.

No way to check your package in transit. The online experience is bad. International courier takes almost the same time as regular mail
