Texas Chicken - City Center Fujairah

Bad experience specifically with stuff (my old boy along time waiting and after reach to counter said no change hardly find change then back again then told him need coins and after he pick up the order found one meal and he payed for 2 he back again didn't find any help just only when i goes with him) bad experience i will not suggest

They don't actually deserve a single star, very bad service, the fatty guy named Deepu acting as manager is very rude and lake of knowledge of products and promotions, Management should change entire staff to run this branch properly.

Brought chicken crunchy meal, but it didn't meet the expectation as the burger Patti does seemed to be fresh.

Served cold french fries and when I asked for hot cries they reheated the old fries and gave it

This texas branch isn’t great, probably the worst I’ve ever went into.

I’ve ordered a Mexicana meal and it wasn’t as good as I’ve always expected. Basically, the entire burger wasn’t great.

I’d advise you to go any other restaurant in the mall instead:)

I was there in 11: 25 pm there were two counter the left one was appaper written its closd please use the other counter i already go to the other counter there was no employee i wait for 10 minitues nobodey come then i went to the closed counter there was an employee i asked him for help just i start to speak he Interrupted me in an impolite manner i only told thank you.
So its abad try espically this person he is abad guy

Very bad service, the staff jagdish 5145 he is very rude and spiteful, he don't want to speak to customers he don't want to sell also, very bad guy

Very bad service when you choose entertainer coupons they trick you and take extra money for Pepsi and fries then you find yourself paid the same amount.

It's best there for lite sandwiches and juices.
I heard their avacado fresh is one kf the best there.
I experienced to redeem the carefour bill backside offers that too cool for me and family there. Fries are very nice and the chicken sandwich amd crunchy wings were awesome. Yummy
