كان من غير موعد قبل شهرين بعدين استوى لازم حجز موعد قبل لا تراجع و احينه ما في فحص الا للمواطنين. و فاضيييين

ما يردون ابد ولا عشرين مكالمه التيلفون حاطينه زينه ويوم تروح دايركت يقولك ليش ما اتصلت تاخذ موعد

How can an employee at the reception desk show up with hickeys all over his neck without an attempt to even conceal them! Unacceptable!
