I visited this medical center due to some reputable doctors, whose expertise and care I have trusted for many years. However, it is with regret that I must express my dissatisfaction with the administration and pharmacy staff, which significantly detracts from the overall experience. In contrast, the service at Life Pharmacy far exceeds what is offered here. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and implements the necessary improvements to align with the industry standard.

Worst service especially insurance team department especially, some doctors don't care about patients they just finish our duty hours and go home

I went Rak royal Nmc hospital last 2 week and first very bad reception service there are 4 counter only serving 2 counter and my all lab report i ask them to send by my email since 2 days am calling and confirming that but still they are not sending reports today 2 time i called the concerned person he promised with in minut she will send report but till now no report I received.

Dr Chacko is one of the best doctors I have seen in my life. He took care of me in my worst condition like his own family

Worst hospital I’ve ever went too my oppintmemt was at 9 and they only checked me in at 11 and it was only to check me and not to actually see th doctor so I waited another hour just for the doctor to see me and the service is the worst I’ve ever saw the people didn’t even care or listen to you when you ask for help

Physicians and Staffs (lab, reception and nursing) are really professional and they deal with the patients focused on their need rather than beating on the bush. I am very satisfied and Thanks for the great care.

Very very bad service many time I sent msge WhatsApp regarding insurance no replay I call many times no response last week I visit branch no co ordination no one knowns the package, how to they manage like this, even reception team also don't know no customer care service then why they open the center

I had a good experience in NMC, I've been consulted by Mr. Shinod varghese, he really cares his patients a lot and he advised me as a family. I've never met this kind of doctors.stars cannot be enough for his service.

With regards to Dr and staff all are supportive with care. I would have given 5 however not satisfied with the pharmacy services it takes too long to wait for your medicines and even after waiting many times have experienced incomplete medicines.

NMC ROYAL PHARMACY RAS AL KHAIMAH EXPERIENCE.

It took me more than an hour just to get the prescribe medicine.
No number to follow- No proper System/Disorganize- Felt Discriminated

Yes, I do understand that the Insurance needs to approved certain medicine as it is not covered but it is your responsibility to update the customer of what's going on. Moreover, if the medicine is not available or it took time for an approval you must listen to the customer decision if HE/SHE DON'T LIKE TO BUY THAT CERTAIN MEDICINE OR TO PURSUE ONE as your staff keep on insisting and not listening.

I was completely satisfied with the services of the staff, doctors and other members including the reception staff. I wish the hospital higher flights in glory and fame it has been a great experience and would like to extend my thanks to all the staff.

Dr’s are good however the remaining staff (reception, nursing and the pharmacy needs improvement, below 1 star)

Shinod and very bad secrvice i will advise to them who are in acne problems really those people dont come here for this doctor and dont west time and go Rak Hospital there have good doctors for dermatologist because this nmc doctor crazy i went 1 years

Very Poor pharmacy service.
1 hr waiting for medicine and finally no stock for prescribed medicine.

Good medical center doctors also very good but the worst thing is appointment system is not available we have to wait for hours due to this always rush in medical center please try to adopt appointment system for convinces of patients and safety as well.

Had visited recently, found the racist action of patient ques on basis of nationality
have taken the complaint the local management.hence no actions yet.
I condemn this action and suggesting to avoid the visit here.

I had an good experience from Dr. Mathew (Internal medicine) really well experienced doctor in Rak.
I will recommend his treatment for all diabetic patients.

I received excellent care with Dr.joseph and the smile face of his assistant, she was very professional, polite And try to help me and finish my case with happiness.i hope no body need to visit doctor, but if necessary i recommend them in NMC ….

Satisfied with the service provided especially from Dr. Antony (Radiology dept) he has very good knowledge and also very patient. He will not hesitate to answer our doubts.

Their pharmacy approval process takes a very long time. You can better introduce token system. I got approval at 11: 17 pm, till 11: 27 I did not got the medicine. Almost it takes minimum 30 minutes and maximum 1 hour. There is no Q followed.

Now time is 11: 31 pm, after informing then that I got the approval message now they are checking the system.

Please request you to introduce token system, so if approval done that token number can approach the counter. If you need how to set up please enquiry in medeor hospitals bur Dubai they follow it.

Now the time is 11: 37 pm still they are checking, in between many customer interference.

Very worst experience.

After waiting almost 1 hours, now they are telling internet issue please come tomorrow

Always had good experience with NMC. Doctors and staffs are professional, attentive and friendly. Insurance cover is smooth and speedy. PCR test at affordable prices without much waiting and timely results.

Got excellent treatment by the Dr. Junaid Sainulabdeen for my son's teeth alignment. Very kind and good human being.

Very pathetic experience pharmacy doesn't have medicine more options they are just selling medicine which will not covered under insurance and also to take approval for medicine you need to wait for 15 minutes after that they will inform this medicine don't cover under insurance. This is not only for me i have waited for 2 hours inside pharmacy and i saw the same cases for maximum patients.

The service I received was excellent. Staff were polite professional and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double check details. I will absolutely use the clinic again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would not recommend NMC Medical Center. I have used them twice and both times I had a bad experience. They seem to have a problem with follow up. The first problem was that we went for a blood panel as ordered by my wife’s Cardiologist Doctor and the following day the lady called with the results and told my wife over the phone she has cancer. We were shocked and when questioning the lady she said sorry just call the doctor. She was wrong and I guess had the results mixed up. This was shocking behavior because no one informs you of such a diagnosis by phone especially when they were contacting the wrong person. The second incident was two days ago when we brought our daughter for a Covid test. We asked when we would receive the the results and was told the next day by noon. At 8: 00 pm the following night while waiting on the results I was forced to call only to find out that they made an excuse that the system was down and while I was on the phone they sent me the results. The fact is they simply overlooked sending us the results and instead of just saying they made a mistake and forgot to send us the results the person just made up a story on the spot. I would never use them again based on these two experiences and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services.

I walked in full worry and anxiety. The team, starting from the reception took very good care of me. Everything was clearly explained and only the necessary tests were done I was informed at each step, too. The test results came through within an hour and I was informed.

It is one of the best medical centers in the UAE with excellent doctors and all kinds of examination facilities.

Nmc insurance department has great service. The staff is just amazing. I and my husband’s experience extremely comfortable, they are all friendly, helpful, and very good at their jobs. We’ve unfortunately had a lot of time and money saved.

I had to take my Dad
(Mathews) to 3 other doctors before coming to NMC Hospital and there after meeting Dr. Joseph Lukose regarding Sugar and Pressure, he had diagnosed my Dad's condition and gave him the correct medication, My Dad has never been in so much relief and has a peace of mind now! THANKYOU so much Doctor and NMC for Placing the Best Doctors in town!

Long waiting time to register and by the time you finish registration they told you the doctor is not available or over booked

Worst service ever. They should communicate with the patients about the waiting time. Arrogant front desk and are totally unaware of the recent systems introduced in the hospital.

I had good experiences with NMC abudhabi which made me to visit here. Doctor Chacko (Internal Medicine) whom I consulted was good. Only for his services am giving 2 stars. Even though I want to give 4 for his services the front desk attitude making me to give only two. I had to wait for 5 hours to consult doctor due to the miscommunication by front desk which is completely unexpected.

Very bad i came morning 8.30 am but now still waiting for treatment. They are doing the mentlly torcher. Now time 1.51pm
