The only issue is sometimes you usually can only pay through cash their e payment channels fail usually 09, , I had encountered this issue a couple of times

Self service pumps that nobody can operate without the assistance of the staff!

A petrol station with many pumps, very good service and car wash, no delays on fuelling, there is a mini mart for essential trip needs like coffee and cold snacks, small food court is available with some outlets like KFC and Hardees, overall it's a good place to break the trip and refresh,

Need to review their self service. Does it really worth it here in UAE, and how much they would gain.

Good gas station but meanwhile a very bad service. No tanking service anymore. You have to pay extra for it, for what you didn't pay before and which is self-evident in Asian country's. Also all other Gas station like enoc etc offer it still for free.
Grocery shopping is tooo expansive there too.
We will avoid adnoc from now on until they change there regime again.

Another good ADNOC pump station with good market serving sandwiches and tea and coffee with good clean restroom

That was good experience in ADNOC Petrol station! Like every petrol stations in UAE its include shopping center and restaurant, toilets, also mosque. The restaurant is KFC.
Well maintained. Good service from every staff. Good parking facilities not interrupted any one!
