I am happen to visit zahravi hospital due to my back. Dr Adnan is so experinecd and his treatment plan is so amazing and penace for my pain which i was suffuring since long time.

Excellent service. Dental Dr Varkey Cherian was very professional and helpful. Al though place is bit old but the service was great by the team. I would recommend the Dental department to all.

I BEEN CONSULTED BY DR. MURAD CARDIOLOGIST, EXCELLENT DOCTOR! GAVE, ONE HOUR CONSULT, INVESTIGATIONS, AND DIRECTIONS, MANY THANKS.

From outside looks old and dirty but when you enter the hospital surprisingly is clean and well equipped with all the machines.
It’s small with few floors, the employees are respectful and services went quick.
Went for blood test and it took only 3 minutes.
Prices are reasonable.
They are opened till late night.

ENT dr Fadi is the last dr you wish to visit.you can find 20 yrs old fresh graduated doctor that knows better than him in medicine

Good medical facilities near Nakheel market.
Hospital staff and doctors are very kind and helpful.
Specifically, Dr.abhay Nigam MD And Dr Adnan. Ortho specialist.

No humanity Just making cash. They dont care if a human is in pain they only care that they will close at 9pm sharply and they make all necessary steps for bill clearance. Very bad experience. I had to wait till morning for reports and only after that doctor will give medicine so all the night passed in pain and vomiting. 3rd class system.

I have been visiting all the Rak hospitals for my issue but i couldn't get proper answer or proper counselling of my issue, as someone suggested me to visit Al Zahrawi Hospital Dr Siraj, the day i visited him i got answer of all my issues and proper counselling amd reason of my issue,

I will.suggest everyone to visit him.once even disease is not related to him as he will guide the best way what i feel.

Usually a hospital visit is not very pleasant, specially when you are sick. I had one of those days when I ate something wrong and had a horrible abdominal pain. Dr. Siraj Ahmed treated me for it. I must say his professionalism was spot on. He took my history in a very good way. With the meds he prescribed me, I was feeling better almost instantly. He also gave me a small lecture about changing life habits at the end. Highly recommended.

Not rating the doctors but the unorganised and unprofessional way of handling patients.
We called maybe 20 times to talk to a Dr. Aala and was not able to get one simple answered questioned cause never get through the line.
Always call again in 10 minutes.
Anyway we decide to go there in person.
First time we asked about the circumcision procedures and nobody knew anything about it. Neither if it's possible to make it there or even the prices.
We wait about 2 hours and couldn't talk to the doctor for 2 minutes. We went and asked the staff to clear the information about cover of insurance or not or tell us at least an estimated price.
They called back after a few days and said the insurance can't cover it but didn't tell us any price.
So far so good. At least they kept word and called back. Since they said we do not need any appointment and just have to walk in to make the circumcision we want to give it a second try and went there today again.
They said this time. The doctor is making circumcision only for baby s up to 1 year. My son is 1,5 years so the nurse would call us inside to talk to the doctor a few minutes to figure out of they can do it anyway. After about an hour waiting I asked them how long it will approximately take so I dann leave to make some grocery shopping for home and come back maybe later. They said no just wait they will call you in between she will inform the nurse again.
After another 20 minutes waiting the nurse just said the doctor will not make the circumcision to my son because he is 1,5 years and not less then 1 year.
So after 20 times calling and 2 times waiting about 4 hours in total we didn't even had 4 minutes to talk to the doctor at all but just send us out. Why you don't make the clear information on the phone before wasting 7 hours of our time and 120km driving? !
Anyway as we said.
No clue about the doctor professionality.

But the procedures is very bad.

Nice clean and very godd staffed Hospital.
Suggested to everyone must visit to good nice and well qualified Doctors.

Would give this hospital a 0 if I could. Visited the OBGYN specialist here. I have a diagnosed ruptured ovarian cyst accompanied by moderate internal bleeding, as a result of this I required legal opioid pain medication (I supplied supporting and validated documentation). This OBGYN was incompetent, rude, arrogant and just completely and unequivocally unqualified to practice in this profession, she couldn't even speak English or Arabic for that matter and didn't even know what an ovarian cyst was. She stopped short of calling me a drug dealer before rudely pointing to the door and telling me to "GET OUT".
