Aster Clinic, Ras Al Khaimah

I want to say thank you to Dr Sherin Alexander and the nurse with her, my daughter had some stains on teeth and this has been a concern for me but after the consultation and cleaning. She did an excellent cleaning on her and we are all happy because my girl got her smile back.

I am ilma Tahir and I am from Karachi, Pakistan. I consulted Dr Swati for my 2 ND pregnancy at aster clinic Ra's Al khaimah. Dr Swati Vea she is one of the best doctor I have ever meet. I feel very comfortable with her I share all my problems she listen patiently and guide accordingly.sister anshi here assistant was Soo good.made my

DR. SHERIN ALE ALEXANDER is an excellent dentist in Aster Clinic Nakheel. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. She skilled in dentistry and patient care For example, when I got my teeth filing, and cleaning, Dr. SHERIN was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. SHERIN to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had at Ras al khaimah.

Im Antonio Rojo, having knee problem almost a year, only Dr. Haitham Abu Halima helping me to solve my problem and also the nurses are very kind, unlike other hospital. Im so happy because now i can walk normal. Thanks to Aster Hospital.

The nurse was so touched by his concern towards the patients health. I don't know his name some ashabir brother was very kind enough to help the patients and his patients level is highly regarded and appreciated.the driver some sha was also excellent and whole team was very very nice.

I was worried when I first came to the clinic, because we came from Sharjah and transferred to RAK just recently, we don't know any good doctors in the place. My insurance is only accepted in Aster so I had to go. Although the first call with the customer service guy was not very pleasant, I still went to the clinic not expecting very much because of my first impression. Surprisingly, when I went inside, the clinic was huge, clean and bright. There was no queue (coz its still early: D). But hopefully, in the future, even upon registration, they can have also have a token/number for incoming patients if it gets busy, coz when i came back and it was already busy, I had to see and wait till the reception becomes clear of people. But other than that, reception is ok.
The doctors are well mannered. I first met the lady doctor, but in the succeeding visits, I was already meeting DR. SHAFNEED. Very young and respectful doctor. Pleasant and always willing to listen. Explains and talks well about my health issues. Made me feel comfortable. Thank you for the good treatment Dr. Shafneed. I also want to commend the nurses who assisted me, their names are Shabeer and Thriptah (sorry if there's a mistake in your names:), but they're the big but gentle guy and the petite indian nurse) Nurse Shabeer is very gentle and I commend him for always getting the right vein when getting my blood. That was a relief for me since my veins are small, the nurses always get trouble when getting my blood, it hurts when they dont get it on the 1st try, coz that means they need to try again.: (But Shabeer always get it right! Very well trained! Good job sir! And Ms. /nurse Thriptah is very kind and gentle when I had an ECG. Very friendly and accommodating. Very professional, both of them. These kind of staffs are needed in clinics/hospitals.:) Instead of feeling scared to go see the doctor, they make you feel at home and comfortable, they make you feel safe and happy when you leave the premises. Good job ASTER Nakheel, RAK. More improvements and will come back here. Highly recommended to everyone and also to my KABAYANS.:)

It's my first time to visit aster clinic ras al khaimah and my expecting is beyond what I expect.from reception handling, they are approachable, they will assist your query.to the nursing station they are so friendly, they do exactly what to do before handling over to the doctor.and doctor will do the rest.so highly recommended aster clinic ras al khaimah because the service is beyond what you expect.

Good experienced doctors available at this clinic, especially gynecologist Dr. Nikila and GP Dr.shafneed are very good doctors. And the front desk staff ms Sruthi and others are good behaving and well hospitality people.

Facilities and all is okay.its just that plesse do proper medication and ask more information about ur patient so that our money and time is not wasted trying another doctor as the sickness of patient after coming to ur clinic never become okay!

I was visited in the clinic at RAK on 26-11-2021. It was very bad experience from the staff. I really wonder about their behaviour to patients who coming in the clinic.

Had to wait for almost an hour to see the doctor (with a token, only to show the scan results) but was surprised to see the doctor allowing other visitors inside (when it was my turn) even without a token. And the explanation received from the reception was not satisfactory and the rude behaviour of the doctor not acceptable.wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I would like to express my happiness towards the way they treated me since the reception upto to nurses expecially nurse Mrs. Anjou and finally to doctor.

Good service. I have done covidtest from aster rak. I was diagnosed covid positive, the staff immediately sent me my report in watsapp and also guided me with so much care i felt so better in that situation. Also they called me after two days to check my condition and arranged teleconsultation also. Best clinic in rak.
