Better Taste Restaurant

I ordered veg club and the taste was terrible. And they took 1 hour to deliver. Waste of money and time. Will never order from this place. Disappointed

Best thing we had was the Karak tea for 1 AED, the food was just not my taste and found the flavor to be a miss. The fresh juices are worth a try.

Delivery service worst. Minimum 1 hour for 2 fried rice. Better to eat from some where else. Last time he said sorry today again so that's why I gave them this much bad review.

Amazing restaurant, lot of options to dig on. They have variety of ranges in South Indian food cuisine, Chinese, Arabic, Italian Pastas, and many more.

If you are looking for a daily meal or a option to find mixed variety ranges they do offer good combo offers. The taste is really amazing and rates are pocket friendly.

Do not order from here. If you want food don’t come here. Absolutely terrible service. Horrible.

I had a very bad experience here especially from the staff handling the phone calls of the delivery service. I had ordered promagnet juice and it was not delivered even after half hours, so I called and asked The response I got was very negative which no customer wants. In my long experience, I have never met a staff who did not provide value to the customer. I will never be a customer at this restaurant again

A decent place for food near Rak Industrial zone.

We ordered from Banan Resorts and it was one of the very few restaurants we could see.

Also they do lot of deliveries from here.

Overall less expensive and decent food.

The worst restaurant experience in the world, very rude and disrespectful staff. Zero hospitality, Zero cleanliness. Food is always late, have of the menue not availabl, But very busy as there are no other restaurants around.

We ordered chicken charcoal on Friday night, the food quality is very very bad. There was a birthday party and we expect good food and result was so pathetic. We contact the restaurant to take back the order, they did not try to help. First time in my lifetime we threw whole charcoal to bin. Very bad experience.

They have some great dishes in non veg menu which i'v tried for dinner. Great atmosphere with a little crowd & service is also a okay feeling.

We ordered red chilli and pepper charcoal. Red chilli charcoal was good but chicken pepper charcoal they given us same red chilli charcoal with pepper powder sprayed on it

The hospitality is actually a mess. Ordered normal Dum biriyani instead of Pothi since the Waiter (Non Mallu) told it will take time. But the normal biriyani was served after 25 minutes from the order time and the waiter was behaving like this was the most busy restaurant in the whole UAE.

Actually the food tastes ok but the hospitality was horrendous.

I went to the better taste I ordered and give the Card to Payment then joke with me that went to your Payment declined And I order something and give me something else every time same food different test very very very very very very very very BAD EXPERIENCE DISAPPOINTED

The delivery is very bad, it took almost 2 hours for them to deliver our food. Just dont deliver to your home guys, better to dine in or pick up instead.

This place is 10 min drive from place but they take nearly 1 hour 48 mins to deliver, horrible delivery service.

I am horribly disappointed with their customer service service! We ordered normal grilled chicken but they gave us spicy! Of course, we can't able to bring it back because they didn't even give us receipt! They don't understand what the difference between spicy and normal!

Food quality is average. Waiters service is not good. They told me my order will be ready in 10 minutes but I got in 30 minutes. A bit expensive food

Visited this restaurant 4 times,
every time it never failed to disappoint me more than the last time.

Asked for chicken charcoal and 6 porotta, and extra gravy (chargable) and we receive the order instead of gravy, 2 disposable plates and instead of 6 porotta only 4. Bad coustomer service.

Their chicken fried rice nice, type of dry fried rice, I love it.
The fried banana so tasty too.

The tea shop has all the varieties of tea and person who handles is very good with the customers. I have not tried the restaurant yet.

I know the foods is better but for delivery it's so bad. I'm waiting untill 2 hours but the orders didn't come.

This place is best in the area. They have a outdoor sitting. Which is maintained clean. They have a barista counter outside. Also the taste of food is great. They have provision for restroom. Staff is good.

A deserted restaurant in the mid of desert

One of the good restaurant in this area. Have home delivery, dine in, takeaway, non-contact delivery etc.

From 2011 to 2017 it was better taste but nowadays worster taster. Try to improve it better taste.

We had a weekend food with family this Friday. Mutton Kadai, Panner Kadai, chicken lolllipop with porrota. Never had like this mutton Kadai and Panner Kadai overall UAE.please try to improve the the food taste and quality.

The worst restaurant in RAK.

Had a terrible experience this Friday with their beef dum biriyani. With much hype and expectations went on Friday. Beef is rough, chunk and tasteless. It looks they're using frozen old cheap meat.

Ambiance is interesting though they filled with dragon mart products. Customer service was not but can improve.

Like the name suggests, it tastes better than a lot of restaurants. Reasonable pricing, average food, and average service.
Would recommend the lunch meal in Hamra Industrial Area branch.

I ordered thru whatsapp, at around 22: 56 and calling the landline to inform them to check my order thru whatsapp and the receiver he said ok, then when i follow up again at around 23: 49 to ask where is the order, that's the time the caller check there whatsapp. If I did not follow up my order nobody care to check there whatsapp if somebody made an order.and it's been 2 hours now my order not yet delivered and we are just infront of your restaurant, we are here in Acacia Hotel. Next time.always check your whatsapp, i ordered thru whatsapp in order that we get the correct order, because the receiver cannot understand when we order thru phone.

The place is goodlooking enough to have a meal in. They have multi cuisine and the indian cuisine is meant only for keralites

Worse restaurant and worse staff I have ever seen in life so far.
Food is ok but the staff there is very rude, they don't know how to behave with their customers specially a man working at billing counter. Every time I order food for delivery in A6 location I just asks them instead of salad just give some green chillies and onions but I never get. Today I went there by myself to take food I just asked him to give some onion and green chillies instead of salad but the man at billing counter denied straight away. The way he talked was so embarrassing. It's just green chillies and onion, I am not asking for gold or diamonds.
Never ever go there and surely not recommend any of my friends.

Better Taste has two Restaurants in Ras Al Khaimah and this is the famous one and the first one.

Worst place I have ever seen before only or two service guys taking care and one guy I think from Bangladesh is worst in service. Food is okay.

I love dum biriyani very much. I ate many times.foods are worthfull for the money we pay and serving in a beautiful ambience. Tea in fresh milk is outstanding if the combination with banana fry.
