Today, I visited here to shop for some Ramadan items. Everything was fine, but one staff member behaved very badly. He was not wearing a uniform, so he might be a management staff member. He was collecting all the goods and putting them on the cashier's table, and then taking the trolley. I told him that I needed the trolley to carry my items to the car, as I had already brought a carrying bag. During Ramadan, I can't carry all the items, so I think use the trolley would be better. The staff told me that I needed to pay 2 AED if I wanted to take the trolley.

I have been in RAK for 10 years, and this is my first bad experience. All the staff at other supermarkets like Lulu, Nesto, etc., show respect to all customers. But here they consider nationality and behave accordingly. It seems there is a lack of education among the staff here, which is why they speak in this manner. This was my last shopping trip here.

جيد من ناحية التنظيم والمساحة جدا كبيرة ، والأسعار مناسبة نوعا ما ، ولكن أغلب البضائع مقلدة ومصدرها من إيران والصين.
