ذهبت لهم بسبب انه لدي رقم خط من ٢٠ سنه وتم قطعه بدون سبب الموظف المواطن لم يستطيع مساعدتي ولكن كان هناك موظف هندي قام بذالك له مني كل الشكر والتقدير والاحترام

Good and fast service,
All kinds of business related etisalat service, this is perfect place.
New mobiles also available here with EMI option.
I have only one request that if they can put company name in the building will make easy to understand the building.
First time going there little confusion to the new people.

مثل ما نشتكي على الخطا المفروض نشكرهم على الخدمة الممتازة. كان عندي مان هول للاتصالات مستواه انزل من الانترلوك اللي عندي خارج البيت في منطقة جلفار وعامل تشويه للمنظر وتجميع لمياه الامطار. اتصلت لاتصالات وصورت لهم المكان. في خلال يومين تم رفع المانهول الى مستوى الانترلوك مع عمل خرسانه كامله للمانهول ثم تم اعادة تركيب الانترلوك وتسديد الاماكن الفارغه بالاسمنت وكل هذا على تكلفه اتصالات. الشغل كان احترافي وسريع فشكرا لاتصالات وفريق خدمتها

جيد من ناحية المساحة والتنظيم ، وسيء من ناحية خدمة العملاء ، بسبب طول فترة الإنتظار بين عميل وآخر ، مما يسبب الملل وضياع وقت قيم جدا للعملاء.

Disappointed with the service they provide its funny but at time it gets frustrating that they dont have a public toilet and secondly the virtual advisor dosent understand anything…. Very disappointing and a very slow service

Very bad service im calling from last 2,3 day customer care not received my call.my internet service temporarily off. From 4 dayz

I went there for purchasing a local SIM card because without residency you only can buy this directly from the Etisalat agent and not everywhere else. Just the welcoming at the reception desk was very friendly and my agent Shahd answered also all my lot of questions very patiently and explained me everything important things. Even I could choose the local mobile number which I really like. It's a professional and good service. Thank you.
After 1 month I had to renew my visitor line package and would served by Etisalat advisor Sayed Parveez very professionally and we had a good chat about mobile phones in general. I feel comfortable and welcomed by Etisalat services.
The next (third) transaction was done by Moataz M. Amin. It was okay. He later even helped me properly at updating of my registration documents.

In the UAE, Etisalat operates where mobile penetration is already among the highest in the world "200%", [11] Etisalat became known for its efforts to roll out its Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) network in the UAE. By the end of 2009, Etisalat had completed the FTTH roll-out for 85% of households in Abu Dhabi, positioning the UAE’s capital as the first in the world to be covered by fibre. [12]
Some of the Internet services for home users that Etisalat offers include:

Prepaid and post-paid dialup Internet access
Etisalat also operates iZone, a system of Wi-Fi hotspots in central locations, such as shopping malls, restaurants, and sheesha cafes.iZone can be accessed by either purchasing prepaid cards, or if using an existing account. Dial-up and ISDN Internet access services are billed by the hour, whereas the domestic and residential cable and DSL connections have a fixed monthly rate depending on speed. Other Internet links, aimed at business users, have traffic utilization plans and relatively high rates when exceeding the allocated bandwidth quota. This has caused bad publicity for Etisalat and is a major source of criticism. [citation needed]
In addition to its telecommunication service provider and carrier units, Etisalat incorporates a number of additional non-telecom business units under the umbrella of Etisalat Services Holding LLC. These units support the company's operations and even provide services to other operators and organizations in the UAE, namely: training and consultancy services (Etisalat Academy[15]), SIM/smart card manufacturing and payment solutions (Ebtikar[16]), data clearing house services (EDCH[17]), peering/voice and data transit (Emirates Internet Exchange – EMIX[18]), call center (The Contact Centre[19]), cable TV (eVision[20]), facilities management (EFM), [21] as well as submarine cable laying services (eMarine[22]).
