Today I went to their Mina al arab shop in building 8. The guy at the counter took my order on a post it. I wasn’t given a bill for the order placed. I paid aed 99 cash for which I received no receipt. When I asked for the same, the person who took my order told me that he would watsapp me. After several calls to the customer care center (after waiting for nearly 3 hrs for the watsapp receipt) in which I had to describe the whole incident. My call was kept waiting several times to confirm the incident still I received neither any call back from the Mina al arab store nor a receipt for order confirmation. Pathetic experience.very unprofessional. Spoilt my whole day. Will never order again.
