GymNation RAK Best Gym in RAK

Before you joining you should know there policy,don't get fascinated with there gym equipment rather then that they dont have anything to offer you, it's coming from a guy who have wasted 1000s of darhims on them.

Was there for an enquiry about the payment details and one of the staff lady (Filipino) was soo rude and unclear about the details and got offended badly.
Very bad experience from the initial day.

Horrible policy for cancelation, not clear in the terms, is imposible to cancel before your contract is renew, be careful better to go to small gyms where their policies are clear and staff is able to help you, I'm pretty sure is not the staff problem, is just they can't help you much because everything is from the corporate offices, too bad is a good gym overall, but what a difficult time they give you if you just simple don't want to keep going!

I have shared my account details to debit the amount of my friend's membership fee for only one month and informed them to remove the details but they are very much busy in there work and they don't bother themself to work for there customer and again i have noticed they just deducted it again from my account without any prior notice or proper information and when I mailed them they where supposed to reply within 72hrs but they are not concerned about the customers satisfaction and they just wanted to get there money from our pockets. Very poor service.

There are a lot instructors but they playing only with phone no one care with trainers! And there are a lot unprofessional trainers but no one care with them! Control zeroooooooooooo.you couldn't exercise cause of unprofessional trainers blocking equipments no way!

They don’t understand the situation when I wanted to cancel my membership and they wanted me to pay an extra amount for unreasonable thing. They are not responding to messages about cancellation of membership but wanted to pay you an extra amount? THIS IS INSANE.

FADY SAID who is based in Manar Mall branch of GymNation has one of the best customer service skills i have experienced in a long time. He is highly accommodating and very responsive. He should serve as an example to many, a good role model. Gymnation is extremely lucky to have him in their team. Thanks Fady!

Dear Expats

After paid the amount also they are sending legal notices continuously due to some advantages taking from the agreement. So better don't join this gym, otherwise you will be in trouble in future.

Pretty good gym for the price i have no complain at all the staff are friendly and ofc its very spacious and has alot of equipments people are also friendly they give advice about how to do a specific workout properly and not risk injury

Gymnation RAK has been my favorite place, it felt like home for me. All the staffs are friendly and approachable.

It's neat n well maintained always, it has all the things required in a state of the art gym and the trainers n staff r very cordial. Once u go to gymnation.no other gym will be enough!

This gym is a dream to anyone it’s modern, too much space and nice equipments.but the ladies section is really bad.too small I walked in so many times to train and couldn’t find a place and I would actually leave it’s like a small box only one weights rack so if anyone using the weight u want you can’t do anything about it or just wait around. I wish it was bigger cause I really liked the atmosphere all around it’s just I wouldn’t recommend registering for the ladies section.it’s a shame cause RAK already lacks a good specious ladies only gym. I had to cancel my membership cause of the space issues

I've been enjoying all classes since day 1. Thanks to all GYM Nation and special thanks to coach @Romel. I really like all his classes especially Hitnation and RPM.

GymNation Rak is best place to workout at ras al khaimah. Gym is well maintained by trainers and staff. I would recommend it to my friends and family. A place for stress relieve.

Sharing my experience to Rmp classes, if you are into indoor cycling i will definitely recommend this class, because it amazing and the instructor Eman, is the best motivator and very kind person. Join and you will not regret it.

I am always having amazing time whenever I’m going to the gym. Every member of staff were superb. They are so welcoming and friendly which makes it easy to approach them. Special mention to Sneha. She was been so helpful and ready to assist me anytime. She’s doing an excellent job. This is a highly recommended place to workout and surely will recommend to friends. Thumbs up for everyone!

More classes have been timetabled running later into the night with additional coaches. I am now able to book a variety of classes and all the coaches are fantastic. I struggled before as classes were limited and always fully booked. I’d love to see this continue. Thank you gynmation RAK!

Gymnation is the best and affordable gym so far, it always clean and has quality customer service.

Achraf is very rude and arrogant. He acts as if he is the owner of the gym. Whenever you will ask him something he is not polite to respond. I guess you have to assess your staff and teach him some manners. And if i will check your reviews this is not the first complain about the attitude of your staff speciall achraf. I wouldnt recommend this gym.

They reply to my comment and ask about my email but when I gave it to them publicly, I think they checked the situation and know that every word that I said is right.that’s why they didn’t get back to me or reply and i also sent to them the case on WhatsApp and they still didn’t get back to me

I've worked out in several gyms in UAE but the most amazing of all is GYMNATION. The machines are well organised, neat surroundings, friendly staffs, clean bathrooms and more. Gymnation is my second girlfriend

I have been a member of this gym for more than a year. On 21st of March the management chose to terminate my membership without any former clarification, in addition, they tried to deduct money from my card without my permission as well on the same day, even though I formerly paid my membership fees.

When I reached the gym they informed me that they have terminated my membership because I have been giving the card to someone else to use it on my shoe for the past 6 months. I remember my relative using it couple of times (2-3 times), and I admitted that, but for 6 months! That was shocking! I asked to see the proof but regrettably nothing was shown from their side.

They asked me to pay 500AED to solve the issue and they will reactivate my membership, I refused because what they are claiming is non-sense and it was brought up in the most unprofessional way ever.

My relative used my card the last time without my permission and I was out of town, and still they chose not to believe that despite proving my claim.

Even though they terminated my membership on the 21/03/2021, they are still trying to deduct money (membership fees) from my card, behind my back. Even though I am no longer a member by their choice (proof is attached).

Finally, the receptionist guy called (Achraf), his way dealing with customers lacks so much manner and he is very disrespectful to represent a decent brand like GymNation.

Serious steps shall be taken toward staff behavior from the top management, I have read all the terms and conditions on the official website, and I know my right as a customer and under what means termination may take place. Therefore, I am on the urge to reach out for both Mr. Holland & Mr. Afeaki regarding these issues because the management is providing zero options to communicate whenever in need.

Succinctly, I do not recommend GymNation (RAK) as a gym.

I have joined the gym last month and its really good, professional & pocket friendly.the whole crew members are really nice peoples.especially Ms. Sneha (customer handling section) she was very supportive.

For sure if someone wish to join a gym in RAK for sure I'll recommend gymnation.

Gymnation RAK “the best Gym️“

It was my first time to enroll a one year contract in a Gym and I was amazed coz the price was so good, they have the good equipments.the Gym is so clean and they always make sure that the equipments are sanitized every time, the staffs are so accomodating and approachable.especially Maxine from Gymnation RAK Manar Mall. I highly recommended Gymnation to my friends, colleagues and patient’s at my work.

I love gym nation! Every time I go the staff is incredibly welcoming & love how the reception people take time to answer all your questions! Their equipment's are top notch and I've never had an issue! Other clients are so friendly, too. I'm definitely sticking with gym nation for a longgggg time! Highly recommended to those starting off their fitness journey!

It is the worst Gym, i had ever visited and seen in my life. There is worst system for deduction of monthly payment from debit card without any intimation. Either, you went to gym or not but you have to pay. This gym never ask you for payment, they deduct automatically from your debit card without any OTP, from which you did your first time payment. There is no trainer in gym. You have to learn by yourself. There is no instructor. Also, they are doing mental harassment by sending warning emails or SMS, to rejoin the gym. If there is any transaction decline automatically then they will mentally harress you by sending warning emails or SMS. One more thing, you cannot leave your membership only by intimation. You have to give proof as medical, job termination or distance living.
Really, this Gym and its policies is worst. Please take care anyone who is going to register. It has poor staff. Many times people have spoken to them and nothing changed. Always is sorry sorry but no action. Communication and customer feedback is clearly not their asset, maybe that’s why their website has no feedback / suggestion button.

It's a good place, conducive environment, well equipped with machines and free weights though the ladies side is abit neglected as they have no trainer plus the space is limited.

Hello, I have been waiting for that refund from 3 months, turning 4. Seems like you do not give back people their money. I talked to the whatsapp number couple of times they just talk and not walk the talk or ignore my messages. Besides that, the gym is STILL trying to take from my card.
It is not bad for me really, it is worse for the business that is like stealing NO PRIVACY NO SECURITY. I've done nothing bad honestly, SHAME! Even if 1 dirham I wouldn't take from people.

They have only one class studio and two class instructors. Not enough men classes and even the classes which are offered doesn't have suitable timings. In ladies gym very small and no enough machines. Very hard to contact management. Complaints are ignored. We are asked to write complaints on a notebook and when we write our complaints, we don't get any response rather we found the pages on which people write their complaints they get ripped off. Getting your membership account freeze is a common practice in all gyms here but Gymnation doesn't offer such thing at all. They are not flexible at all and doesn't facilitate their customers at all rather they tend to harass their customers and talk in threatening language via text messages/emails.

Gym nation RAK is very clean and has a perfect view as well. Appreciate the staff. Their so accommodating and its the best gym right now.

I give them a credit for opening 24 hours; however, and when it comes to hygiene and safety, they tend to miss the mark.
1. The place is packed with machines with no breathing room in between. Take the treadmill machines as an example. They are lined up next to each other with almost no space in between. Literally, you can find yourself shoulder to shoulder and elbow to elbow with the person next to you. Not to mention, you are fairly and squarely within your neighbor's breath and sweat trajectory!
2. On more than one occasion, I spotted kids inside the gym playing with the machines.
3. Hygiene is a big concern. There are no paper (tissue) dispensers to clean machines after each usage. Needless to say, I don't ever recall seeing anyone going around sanitizing/wiping the machines. Just recently, hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed. Most of them empty, though!
GymNation RAK has potential and can be better. As it stands right now, the place comes across as business with money in mind. Anything else is secondary.

Gym is in the heart of RAK. They got all the equipment and classes u need. A very functional gym that you can surely enjoy. Visit them at Manar Mall RAK
