Currently this heritage village is a construction site. However, it’s possible to visit it and explore the abandon village on your own. I assume I’m the near future it’ll be more inevitable for tourists. Anyway, if you have time and you’re around this area, just add it on your list.

Old ruins dating back to 1960s, I guess. Never ending feeling of trespassing. However, nobody really cared for us wandering around the abandoned dilapidated buildings and taking pics for like an hour. The site is believed to be under reconstruction, and now, you can see workers everywhere.

Al jazirah Al Hamra is a town to the south of the city of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. It is known for its collection of abandoned houses and other buildings, including a mosque, which are widely believed locally to be haunted. The town was ruled by the Zaab tribe, which was rehoused in Abu Dhabi following a dispute with the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
