It was a living hell my grandpa went there he was good and fine but wen he left he can’t walk and his hart stops then they said he died then we tell them to give him some thing but forget what it is then he start to breathe they just what all to die...

There is no humanity left.
As the emergency are not providing treatment without 240 AED.

Customer Happiness Center is a joke! I refused medical treatment but my rights were not upheld. Forced to pay (multiple times totalling about AED 7500 between 2021 Jan- 2023 Nov) for treatment I didn't want.

Just now i just want to inform here for temp a cafeteria started. You can taste home made food and coffee timing 9 Am to 1 PM

الاستقبال النساء ليس لهم اسلوب تعامل فقط سوالف مع بعضهم ويطلبون منك الانتظار حتى ينظروا الى ماذا تريد ولكن الاستقبال عند الرجال كان التعامل راقي وسرعه الانجاز .
