Visited iSmile for the first time and have to say I was extremely impressed with the clinic. It's definitely called iSmile because everyone is so smiley as soon as you walk in from the reception to all the Drs inside too. Saw Dr Ahmad whom I highly recommend not only is he great with kids but their children's room is so fun you can get your treatment done in total peace. Thank you so much will be back hopefully not too soon though

I had a terrible experience here. My dental health has suffered as a result of rushed, sloppy work.

Dr. Mohammed,   CEO, left sharp, rough edges around the two fillings he gave me.   These edges cut into the side of my mouth when I slept at night.

Even worse, the enamel on the front of these teeth was gouged and scratched by metal tools which were carelessly wielded during the filling process.   The enamel on these teeth will never look the same.

This dentist is thinking in terms of hourly wage. The patients here will pay the price.

Ismile dental is the absolute best, I had a extraction it was painless and quick. 2 days later I had to get a root canal and it was the best experience, with new cutting edge technology it was absolutely painless. Its the only clinic I trust for myself and my family care

I noticed your recent review Zlatka. I am sorry to hear about the damage done to your teeth and gums. Your honesty has encouraged me to speak up as well.

I visited ISMILE about a month ago and suffered unwanted, irreversible damage, which was made without my consent. I was expecting to have some stains on the backs of my teeth removed. Instead, I received 3 fillings with a laser on the fronts of my incisors. Within minutes the damage was done. I was not even made aware of the location of these fillings until I was shown on a chart at the billing desk after the procedure.
Two the fillings were done so poorly that they fell out into my bathroom sink the following morning when I flossed the area. The third affected tooth has bumpy white spots on it which I have not been able to polish out.

Since then, I have visited another dentist who has confirmed that the work should not have been carried out in the first place as it was unnecessary. Additionally, X-rays taken prior to this incident did not show any evidence of decay.

About a week after the incident, I returned to ISMILE to complain and was refunded for what I had paid out-of-pocket. As far as I know, ISMILE retained the portion of the payment which was covered by my insurance company. The dentist that made these mistakes denied that they had done anything wrong and tried to make me sign something admonishing the clinic of any responsibility.

My advice to the community is to be very careful to protect yourself to not let any dentist profit by destroying your teeth.

Unpleasant experience with ortodontist Mr. Ahmed (Egyptian).
Drilled top of my tooth without my consent or aneshesia. I came to remove the braces and he's supposed to clean the glue only.
Orthodontist isn't a dentist so why drilling the tooth?
Right now I'm having gingivitis (gum infection) around that tooth.

There is a lot to say about ismile Clinic:

* The place:
- just amazing! Very clean and well organized, amazing ambiance and decorations, not to mention the amazing location and view.
- the clinic is kitted with all the latest technologies in dentistry, starting from Endodontic microscope, to a high tech OPG X-Ray, to CAD/CAM and single visit dentistry.
- prices are pretty reasonable for the high quality service you get.

* The team:
- Dr Ahmed Atef is hands down the best orthodontist in UAE, extremely professional and knowledgeable, very friendly and humble.
- Dr Mohamed Atef is extremely professional and friendly as well, with the capability to do any dental procedure weather it is simple or highly complicated.
- Ms Goda is very friendly and professional, and she basically know everything about dentistry and the whole business.
- all the team of nurses, assistants, and receptionists are very well trained and professional.
- I didn't have the chance to deal with the other doctors in the clinic but no doubt they are on the same high level.

* My treatment:
- I am only 45 days into my Orthodontic treatment and I already can see a major change in my smile despite that my case is actually complicated.

ONE of the best clinics I visited in the whole UAE (and I visit a lot). That's why I come all the way from Dubai for my treatment in RAK.

I have 3 micro-implants from a previous orthodontic treatment. Dr. Ahmad is so skilled, he removed those tiny screws smoothly without breaking any of them and in less than 8 mins!

I went to many specialists and they were hesitant to remove them since those screws have a tiny head / been there for more than 5 years. Some of them even suggested surgery.

I am grateful for Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Mohammed they are so skilled and humble.

‎عندي 3 مسامير من علاج تقويم سابق. الدكتور أحمد، قام بإزالتها بمهارة و حرفيه عالية بدون ماتنكسر وفي أقل من 8 دقائق!

‎ذهبت إلى العديد من الاختصاصيين والاستشاريين وكانوا مترددين في إزالتها لأن هذه البراغي لها رأس دقيق جداً و المفك لهذا النوع غير متوفر في العيادات و هذي الزرعات قديمه مركبتنهم من أكثر من 5 سنوات و كانوا خايفين انها ملتحمه مع العظم و تنكسر حتى أن بعضهم اقترح ازالتها بالجراحه

‎د احمد و د محمد يستاهلون الواحد يتعنى لهم و يعطونك مجال تاخذ و تعطي و يجاوبون ع كل الاسئلة.

عدم الاتزام بالمواعيد يعني مثلا موعدك الساعه 6 راح تدخل عند الدكتور بعدها ب 40 دقيقه للاسف عياده ما تحترم توقيت المراجعين

I went to the clinic for extraction of my wisdom tooth and I was very happy and satisfied with the treatment. The doctors were beyond excellent, the procedure was very smooth and painless. I highly recommend this clinic

I surely have to say that my experience at "I Smile Dental Center" was all about top-notch comfort and cutting-edge therapies. I had teeh scaling and polishing at the clinic, it was a very pleasant experience. I can say it was almost no pain at all! Best one I had so far, will be back in six months!

I went to I Smile Dental Center to get a second opinion and offre for veneer. But, Dr Mohammed advised me to fixe my natural teeth, in using latest technology of laser treatment and make the alignment Of my teeth by Dr Ahmad Orthodontist from the same clinic. I followed his advice and i was amazed By the excellent results!
