We reached before Sunrise, Sunrise was most amazing, air was full of oxygen, Park with entry fees of 5 AED only, it is worth an extraordinary view of the sea side. Must visit frequently.
While Mountain View Dec Point might be situated in a remote location, it is easily accessible by road. The well-maintained routes and clear signage make it convenient for travellers to reach the spot without much difficulty.
I had come from Canada, we have so.many mountains in western part of Canada but this was beautiful, we were there for sun set wonderful experience loved it.
Great place and enchanting views. You can take a lot of selfies and groupies for great and unforgettable memories. Very affordable entrance fees are already valid for both sides of the park. There are binoculars for viewing the farthest area. Rest rooms are available and a coffee shop, however, it's closed when we went there due to Ramadan timings.
A very nice viewing deck at the Jebel Jais mountain. Located 1252 meters above sea-level. The entrance fee costs 5 AED per person. Quite crowded during weekend and holiday season and surely has a stunning view of sunrise and sunset. Children will surely enjoy it as well as there's a playground in this area.
Fantastic view point. Visited in Dec. The temperature is superb and enjoyable. During holidays it’s much crowded but enough parking available at different view points. It’s best place for Barbecue. The trekking point starts from here and has to buy the tickets. Trekking is controlled and allowed only when one have enough drinking water, wear sports shoes and first aid kit.
Kidz playground, a nice viewing when sunset times, temperature between 19-22 degrees, relaxing and warm coffee, soft drinks and all kinds of food, fast food. And more
Amazing Place, One the best place to enjoy Sunset in the mountain and on full moon day use the binoculars to see moon from more closer and there some small amusements as well for kids, some swings and slides and has got a mini golf gonna be starting soon
Sceneries from this place are breathtaking. The weather was also amazing. Had a wonderful rest here. There are few cafes available for quick meal with amazing views. There is also a hiking trail opposite of this viewing deck. Entrance fee is 5 AED per person. Parking available inside and outside of the park.
No free access to the top. Reservations for restaurant or zip line required. Expensive. Long drive. Pollution limits visibility to a couple miles (seeing adjacent mountain peaks only). 1480 Restaurant is nice but a waste of time considering haze from pollution and the impolite security.
U need to walk the last 3 km but thats fine. Then the deck is closed some days and road blocked so need to walk up. Fresh and windy since its about 1700-1800 m up. 10 degrees colder.
Jebel Jais Observation Deck now is open for hikers who can now climb all the highest public point in Jebel Jais, and continue fruther up to the palac which makes about 8 kilometer and 800 meter hike on way. The path is very well laid out. When we exited the observation deck up toward the hike, there was a guard signing in in a register but not sure what is the use of that (we came back at about mid night and there was no guard at that time). The track is very well laid out.
A place where you can get a glimpse of scenic views. Since they charge AED 5 per person, all unwanted crowd is filtered and you can make use of neatly maintained washrooms
Sunrise at the Jebel Jais is the perfect place to be. In the weekends there is a lot of crowd and you might find trouble finding a spot if you are not already camping since the previous evening. It is advisable to reach the spot 1 hour before time and find a spot for yourself to enjoy the wee hours of the morning and the gradual hues of the beautiful sunshine. Bit the experience is worth it. ️
Bring your own snacks and food. Good shops to support many of the snacks and items you forget, but its better if you make yourself as cozy as possible and try to catch the sunset, its the most beautiful time here.
Quiet, relaxing & beautiful spot. Loved the Observation deck. Entrance Ticket is AED 5 per person. Neat & clean toilets. Best spot to view sunrise ️ & sunset. Road towards Jebel Jais is under construction and no road lights. Will not recommend anyone to go late night. From bottom till peak of the mountain road is in good condition & safe.
Beautiful scenery of the mountains and perfect weather (clear sky, a bit cold due to the wind). I visited at 9 AM on a Friday, not many people. The telescopes are free, unlike most US State parks. They have a kids playground: swings, seesaw, and short walk climbing at the top of the deck, which looks new and well maintained.
The ticket is 5 AED per person, and the place is clean of trash. The people that are working there is friendly.
Located in Ras Al Khaimah Jabel Jais is the biggest mountain in the United Arab Emirates.it is a part of Al Hajar mountain ranges. Ideal place for trekking and adventure lovers. Must visit and popular place in Rak
