The test result is six hours late, and I still haven't received it. It seems I'll have to wait until they wake up at 9 AM. By then, I'll be at work, and I no longer need the results. Despite clearly stating that I needed them before 6 AM, they assured me I would receive them by 1 AM :)!

Got tested today for traveling tomorrow and the result was supposed to come by evening but no updates till now. Very bad experience!

I took a pcr test today and the result was supposed to come by 6pm, it didn't come so I contacted them through what's app and they asked me to come by 9: 30pm to collect my result, then they said it will only update by 10pm, it's 11pm and no updates till now.

Worst PCR testing in RAK, you don't get the results and they don't answer the calls. Avoid it.

The worst service ever for Pcr test. They promise 8-10 hours and it has been +15 hours and I didn’t receive it yet. Be careful.

My daughter went for her PCR to this center for travel purposes. The nurse mentioned result will come by 6pm. Mind it we went for the test at 8am.
No results till next day.
My daughter didnt get her approval for travel, do not believe this cheap tricks by such centers.
They are playing with people’s life!

This is worst! Almost 24 hours and until now there is no result for my pcr test. Staff are very rude also. Very bad service! Not recommended to do pcr here! If there is lower that 1 star i would definetly give it to them! I am feeling frustated for not getting response from them!

Please give a proper training and advice to the call centre person to speak kindly with the patients or customers. The way of reply is very worst.

It is very very time punctual, Me & my son we walked all the way 1.5 km for COVID test & we reached by 7: 31 PM today in medical Center & closing time was 7: 30.
We requested so many time bcoz we both were sweating after walking & it’s only 1 minute late & we came by walk We need to do test for my 5 year old son.
But they denied bcoz they told we are late they said we cannot do it’s closed by 7: 30.
We tried there number also while going but there was no response.
So, if you are planning to go then pls try to go early.

No one answers the call, I don't know why they published a website domine which is no longer exists. Servise was good and very professional but people who need to reach out over phone better forget it
