Good clinic. I would definitely recommend this clinic. All the doctors, manager, staffs were very helpful. The clinic is very hygienic.

The clinic has quiet friendly environment with professional doctors and the managing system is well operated.

Dr. Aasma is amazing dentist. She did a fantastic job with my teeth filling.

Wonderful hospital and staff. No waiting time for appointments. The radiology department is well equipped with modern machines. Nice ambiance.

Fantastic staff from reception staff to nurses and Doctors, Dr Nissrin, Dr Feras especially Dr Shallini who cares and follows up with calls and directs to the right channels to make sure her patient gets a proper assessment and diagnose, would also love to thank Radiology Dr Aron who was extremely polite and explained every step of the ultrasound was extremely positive such a great ultrasound experience for a 3rd time pregnant mother!
Truly appreciate the level of service and the quality of staff. Well done!

Whenever I seek for medical help I go to Al Hamra Medical Center. It’s has been like that for more than 5 years already.
They always have been very good to me and my family.
We only go to RAK Hospital if the situation requires an specialist that can not be found at the clinic.

All the staff and professional and very accommodating. I would like to thank Dr. Shalini for making me fell safe and comfortable when it comes to my pregnancy. Dr. Tasmia who is very professional and I am having fun everytime I have a conversation with her. Dr. Arun the radiologist who is having a positive aura, having a calm conversation with his patient. Also to Roseanne the nurse who took my blood sample and I haven’t feel any pain or discomfort.

Neat, clean, well maintained. Helpful & polite staffs. Communicative and ready to assist.

I usually visit to rak hospital reception staff are Good but nurses staff are very helpful well I had appointment with Dr nissren taha she is Very helpful and kind anyway I had appointment last month with Dr aman Kaur I just would like to share her knowledge I have pimples on my face she told me very politely how we get pimples even she made a structure on the blank paper then told me and she provided me medicine she informed me these kind of side affects will you have and I'm having it as well as getting better I have been taking medicine continuesly for 1 month thanks alot Dr aman Kaur and rak hospital Best regards

Rak Hospital cover internal problems, if some doctors don’t respect paciente they don’t do anything for their paciente.

Very well maintained and hygienic. Reception team and other attendants are fantastic. Doctor Nissren attended very well and thorough check up was done. Keep it up

Little expensive for those who don't have insurance card but all staff behaviour is good and helpful

Fantastic service from the dentist Dr Asma and the wonderful dental nurse. They were very calm and professional, and sorted out my enormous cavity.

Came with 3 Italian nationals for a Covid Test for their pre departure process, service was a breeze thanks to Mr Kenneth Ramilla’s outstanding customer service skills and patience. The Patients didn't speak much English but he went out of his was to ensure he understood whats being asked for.
Registration was quick, test lasted a few seconds and the results came well within the stipulated time.

Very efficient and Living up to its reputation, good job to the HR for hiring people who go out of their way to help. Will come here always for the PCR testing and other medical needs.

The system was down so the wait was remarkably long especially for my 76 year old mother. However after complaining to management a lady was super helpful and agreed that elderly and pregnant women should not be forced to wait standing for so long. I didn’t get her name however I thank her for stepping in.

I had an appointment at RAK Medical Center in AlHamra mall and I was so satisfied with the service. The staffs are all friendly and very professional. Definitely recommend their clinic.
