Rak medical center is good health centre. Its providing good service to patients about their health and taking care of patients very well.I appreciate their all team and staff members whose are working there.

All the staff are friendly and approachable. Specialy to the PHARMACY DEPARTMENT, wherein a KABAYAN pharmacist is very friendly, explained properly the use of our medicines.

My recent visit to this RAK medical clinic was a blessing, I never knew their was such a good clinic next to us, fully professional team. I was treated along with my wife in a manner that was beyond our expectations, a great clinic. I would surely spread good words for this facility.

The general physicians, dont even observe the patient carefully, they keep the patient around 6 m apart and ask the symptoms from patient itself, dont do any test or checkup, just give unwanted medicines. Very unskilled interms of practice most of them.

I can honestly say that it is one of the best healthcare facilities I have ever visited. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive, and the doctors are knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate. The center offers a wide range of services, from general check-ups. The facilities are modern, clean and well-equipped, and the waiting times are reasonable. I always feel comfortable and well-cared for at RAK medical center, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality healthcare in the region.

Went for a PCR test, the hospital is nestled in the depths of the industrial area but is very well maintained and clean. Service was excellent and of typical UAE standard, PCR test was cheap and results were received in the advertised time frame.

Waiting for morethan 30 min in reception. But no one is attending us even the lady is using mobile phone.

Superb quality service by the clinic. I recommend people to visit this clinic for your medical needs and Dr. Mary is good and supportive and even the staffs are so supportive and helpful

How can u forget the period of pandemic. While everyone else has been instructed to go home and lock their doors. Doctors & Nurses have voluntarily signed up for a job where they put others needs above their own. Have u gone through the pain & suffering of front line workers- sitting in isolation for God knows how long, they could b a carrier & could possibly infect someone they know or love, not being able to see or hug their parents, grandparents, children, siblings or friends after long stressful days bcoz they r trying to protect the complete strangers and public.

What kind of GP doctor have you kept.

Horrible and pathetic.

They are afraid to treat the patient who are sick due to dear of covid so what kind of front liner's are they.

No humanity and no feeling for patients.

Doctors working here are so pathetic, I saw one of the senior doctors fighting on the Road with one of the employee I don’t know what was the reason, But I have seen that doctors before he is so arrogant just because he is at a senior level he think they can do anything, all the doctors they take oath that they will save life’s but this guy has brought shame to this profession

he should be thrown out of RAK hospital, I will never get my family treated there and will make sure that this is followed by my friends and colleague.

So poor center, not proffissional. Poor service, no respect. Wrong results. And rude staff.
