Red Bus Nursery

I left my baby for temporary 4 days as we just moved into this country two weeks ago till I enrol her with the good nursery (this one didn't take official paper and accepted daily fees), so everything is new to my baby, which means there's an adaptation period. However, the teacher madea (I think) and assistant Anne complained and moaned about my baby's crying and needing to be carried. If they have actually studied education, they should know about the adaptation period and not judge a child for a few days. I think they are just lazy incompetent and unqualified to deal with kids in such situation. Like I didn't judge how dirty the school is, and no AC in one of the rooms, and in the morning, the teachers / assistants are sleepy, not tidy, with shaggy hair. They are very unqualified and the school is a very bad environment. If they don't know how to handle a crying baby in a few days till she adapts, they shouldn't work in a nursery. I blame Engi, who hired them.

Not recommend, they’re not professional and they’ve a very bad way in dealing with parents like we’re working in their own house!
When I complained to the manager she didn’t even hear me! She didn’t give me opportunity to speak and inform her about my problem she start defensing without listening to me and talking about her achievements from years acting like I don’t have the right to give her notes about the nursery she’s managing!
I don’t advise anyone to register their kids in it.

The nursery is wonderful i am talking about personal experience my son loves the nursery sooo much and learns many things every week they have a plan for activities the staff are very professional it is the second home for my son
the manger is very very very kind and polite in the way of dealing with parents.

Realy it is highly recommended.

The nursery is wonderful and I am talking about my personal experience. My daughter has changed her personality. She started speaking English and became confident in herself and this is what I aspired to.
I thank teachers Ms. Penny, lovely, Hana and Kethaki with all my heart for being so kind and for allowing my daughter to express herself through wonderful activities every day. I will never forget this nursery no matter how old my daughter gets

Both children are in the red bus nursery and it is the second home of our children.the staff are very professional, always take time for their parents and are so loving.there are always great and varied projects.our children couldn't speak english at the beginning, but the care of the staff meant it wasn't a problem.

This was the worst experience we had with a day care. Staff are extremely nonprofessional and we did not feel that out son was safe there. Do your kids a favor and find them another place.

The great nursery! I’m saying it from my own experience and with having tried other nurseries in RAK. The approach to the learning process as well as the attitude towards the kids are excellent. The children are given a chance to learn, investigate and being independent and curious. My son has been improved greatly and it’s a joy for me to see him growing in such vibrant learning environment. Thank you Red Bus Team!

It is the best nursery in Rak with qualified and experience staffs. I would highly recommend this nursery for the parents who are searching nursery for their lil ones.visit once and u will never get disappointed

Amazing Nursery. Staff are like family and great with all the children. By far the most outstanding nursery in RAK which is also proven now with all their well earned awards. If you've never been i am sure the wonderful owner and the team would be delighted to show you around! It's really worth it for the future of our children!

I have only had good experiances with Red Bus Nursery. My daughter started in the nursery at just 3 months old and now she is almost 3 years old she has become just a confident little lady! Thank you to the Red Bus Nursery team for guiding her and helping her become such an independant learner.

The customer service and quality care is unbeatable, with amazing communication via the app Class DOJO we get to experiance what our daughter gets upto on a day to day basis. The staff have a fantasitic repore with the children and are so caring. Red Bus Nursery has definetly become our daughters second home!

I cannot recommend Red Bus enough, a guaranteed all round brilliant experiance for children. The learning that takes place is fun and exciting as a nursery setting should be. We are very blessed to give our daughter such a good start in the British Education system.
